Lovely guest house, with some downsides

It's exactly what you think of when you think of a family guest house in Bulgaria. Lovely little garden, random Labrador dog walking everywhere, lovely hosts. The beds are super comfy and everything is clean.

WiFi didn't work during the stay, there was no shampoo only small soap bars, the breakfast was very simple just two slices of bread with cheese and nothing else which was a bit disappointing because I paid extra for breakfast. Not even orange juice, and they charged my wife 2 BGN for a second coffee. The location is not great, there's absolutely nothing walking distance around, you're in the outskirts of nowhere. The bathroom is old-school Bulgarian style where the toilet and the shower is all together in one big room which makes it awkward in the morning when one wants to shower and the other wants to pee. If I had paid 60 BGN I would have rated this a 10/10, however I paid 115 BGN with breakfast included which makes me expect working WiFi, shampoos in the bathroom and not have to pay extra for a coffee

The host is very friendly and helpful. The guest house is very nice building, rooms are big enough, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Great garden , when you book a room make sure you'll be able to enjoy it.

A real home from home !

Great welcome from a charming hostess. The property has been lovingly maintained to a very high standard. All fixtures and fittings were recent and of good quality. A great alternative to hotels because of the homely feel that Todorovi offers. Overall value for money was excellent. Highly recommended.

Lovely friendly place, very comfortable, would definitely go back

Breakfast was basic but adequate, toasties, croissant, tea, coffee or juice. Location just off the main road but not difficult to find. Very clean and comfortable with lovely garden and terrace. Owners very helpful.

Exceptional

The owner speaks English well and very helpful. And, oh! She got lovely roses in her garden. The place is nice and clean. There's an available fridge on each floor where you can keep your food and drinks. I love a hot shower, so far their bathroom is spotless and the water current was strong! Loved it, in all.

A few cons: 1. The wifi is not strong and keeps losing on the second floor (not good for my work) but I guess it works perfectly fine in the ground floor area, I was just too lazy to come down. A bit far from the town center if you are planning to get drunk but the good thing is, taxis are everywhere outside the guest house and cheap!
