Communication is ok, the check in/out process is easy. The place is well described and was easy to find. Rooms are clean and the furniture is decent. The kitchenettes are well equipped with dishes etc.. There is even mosquito net on the windows. The closest store is Lidl, reachable in 10 min on foot via the railway station underpass.

There is no noise isolation what so ever - you can hear and clearly understand people talking and laughing in the next room in 6:40 am. Someone had been smoking heavily in studio 5 - the window staid open for half a day and this did not get rid of the smell. You should check if the fridge and water heater are on when entering - the heater in room 2 was left off and the occupants took cold showers that evening.

easy to find and staffless checkin/checkout. clean, well-equipped. decent size room. free parking near the motel. good if you are on a car. vending machines outside

noisy , bad soundproofing. small beds no elevators grocery stores, restaurants are not in walking distance
