Very comfortable stay.

Proximity to the city centre, bus station and train station. All within 10 to 12 minutes walk. The room is spacious, clean and has a balcony with chairs. There are also 2 welcoming cats.

You have to climb into the bath tub for the shower. The bathtub has high sides and can be slippery getting in and out. Would be great to have a kettle in the room for making tea.

Overall very good.

The location was about 10-15 minutes from the rail station and 5 for the bus station. Not quite central but there were restaurants nearby. Nothing to fault about the hotel. Friendly reception. The room was above average in size with a balcony and a good sized bathroom. Plenty of space for storage.

Had to make up a duvet using one in the cupboard with the cover on the bed. Breakfast wasn't available Saturday or Sunday morning although this was a pay on arrival. A shame this wasn't mentioned in the hotel description on the booking.com site. .

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and polite, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and quiet, which made it easy to relax. Everything was well organised, and I would definitely stay here again.

Difficult to be understand in english. The restaurant staff don't speak basic words in english, payment only cash in local currency( restaurant), not the best food.

The woman named Mariana at the reception was extremely rude. When we arrived at the hotel, she made us wait unnecessarily. During the time we waited, she didn't even share the Wi-Fi password with us. Even we booked 5 rooms. Do not stay at this hotel. Stay at any other hotel, but not this one that employs rude and disrespectful staff! This is not a professional hotel — there isn’t even a kettle in the rooms for hot water. Their only goal is to exploit people and push them towards using the restaurant. Its too expensive to stay this hotel doesn’t worth it.

Superb

The room was big, had a balcony, AC, the bed was very comfortable. There was an ensuite bathroom with a bath tub & dhower. The hotel is very close to the centre and also in walking distance ( 10 min) from the station. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Hotel is at a good location near the center and staff was friendly.

The mattresses was very uncomfortable 😫 we couldn't sleep well as the bed was with foam and was sinking.We found everywhere hair in the bed and in towels. The water was cold after one of us take a shower at less than 5 minutes and was not any more hot water.

Great Value

Classic room but well equipped and really clean ( Air Conditioning, Sat Tv, Fridge, Balcony ). Garden restaurant with delicious meals. Warm welcome from the staff.
