comfortable for a night stop

Central located with easy access to city pedestrian area. A clean basic room. I was a good choice for a one night stop on our return from Greece.

No dedicated parking. Parking was on a busy street. No coffee machine in the room. No minibar and/or bottle of water.

Superb

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included but you need to confirm if you will use it the day before - we did not try it. The location is great, few minutes from the central street and steps away from wonderful cafe and an amazing restaurant.

The A/C was not very effective and the card for the electricity was pulled out by housekeeping while we were out which was not pleasant with the high temperatures outside. There is no balcony.

Although the description says the hotel has 24 hours reception, we were charged 20 BGN for late check in ! Also when I paid with 50 BGN bill they did not have change and returned only 25 BGN, also they did not provide invoice/receipt for this payment.

Huge room which I was able to fit my whole family. The beds are very comfortable, the room was very clean, the hotel has a perfect location close to the city centre.

The room was very spacious, clean and actually everything looks brand new. The bed was surprisingly comfortable - we slept like babies! Location is also great- right near the center. Next time when we visit Stara Zagora we will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is situated downtown. It is away from the traffic noise.

The hotel's restaurant is completely closed. Not even the most basic breakfast option available, although it is advertised so on booking.com. I was unable to even get a coffee. Rooms are small and stuffy. The water was barely lukewarm, which fortunately did not bother us much because it was the heat of summer. No option for self-catering in the rooms (not even coffee cups or a kettle), which would have been nice provided the restaurant is no longer functional. The building is crammed between 10-stories condominiums and that's what you can admire from the windows: the balconies and concrete walls of communist-era apartment buildings from max 10 meters away.

Don't go there in the summer!

Room Cleaning Comfortable beds

On the way to Greece, we decided to stay one night in Bulgaria, to make the journey easier to bear. we searched a bit on the net for accommodation options in Stara Zagora and decided on Hotel Elegance. After almost 5 hours of walking, we arrive. when we entered the city, we returned about 20 years ago, the hotel outside looks like from the same period. We mustered up the courage to enter, in the reception we were greeted by a lady who didn't know any word in English. I was afraid to get to the room. however... the surprise... a friendly, big, clean room, with a generous bed, impeccable bedding.... in the end I say... come on, it's ok in the end. I think it was 38 degrees in the room... super hot. My husband turns on the ventilation unit (not the air conditioning) and I wait for it to cool down and I wait and.... I still waited until morning. It was horrible, I didn't close an eye the whole hot night... I do not recommend

Hotel etwas älteren Jahrgangs. Äußerst freundliche und kompetente Dame an an der Rezeption. Mit guten Deutsch-Kenntnissen!! Gute Nähe zum Zentrum. Ruhige Umgebung. Unser Auto stand vor der Tür. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Gutes Info-Material und auch Tips.

Etwas betagtes, in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung zu findendes sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel

Freie Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe dieses stattlichen Gebäudes. An der Rezeption befand sich eine sehr freundliche, ältere Dame, die Deutsch sprach und uns gute Tips gab. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet: Kurze Distanz ins Zentrum der Stadt, das in eine Fußgänger-Zone bereinigt ist und auf der abends ein freundliches Treiben von der Menschen aller Altersgruppen stattfindet. Unser Zimmer war von sehr beachtlicher Größe. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren ebenfalls sehr ansprechend.

Es gab keinerlei Anlässe für irgendwelche Ärgernisse
