Would be happy to stay here again many times

The location is excellent. Walking distance to the main pedestrian area with all the shopping and food. Excellent size rooms with balcony. The hotel is 4 stories and there is an elevator. Very clean and well maintained. We didn't see a single bug. The housekeeping lady was very sweet and wouldn't even accept a tip for bringing us extra towels to the room. The whole staff was great. Everyone spoke English. We would absolutely stay again.

Our first room was not great. The beds were uncomfortable and the shower was slippery. However the staff was extremely accommodating and wanted to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We were moved to a new room with a much better bathroom, and they put extra padding on the beds. I was told they are in the process of upgrading the beds and only the double rooms have the new beds, but the family rooms not yet. The new room was bigger but it did not have a fridge. Wasn't an issue in the winter, we just kept stuff out on the balcony.

That was our second time. Everything was fine. Big room, comfortable beds, refrigerator,AC working perfect. Walking distance to downtown and everything in the center. Perfect place to stay in the town.

Nice and clean hotel, close to the pedestrian area

The hotel is very clean, it has a nice lobby which had some Christmas decorations. The rooms are big, clean and the hotel is close to the pedestrian area/center.

The rooms didn't have heaters and neither did the bathroom and on cold weather it gets really cold. We had the AC on the whole night but the carpet and the bathroom were very cold. Another bothering fact was that the AC didn't have the option to close the display and we had light in the room from the AC the whole night. Although we had a bed for our toddler, he usually sleeps with us in bed and the double bed is composed of 2 mattresses so we had to improvise for the space in between them.
