A holiday

Our holidays stay in Dorm BG was a wonderful experience. We spent the New Year and the New Yer Eve on the location and we enjoy it. The rooms are well equiped: the beds are confortable, there are pleanty of power plugs, it has a small kitcinette with microwave oven, catle for hot water, table and chairs, kitchen ware for serving food, towels, hairdraier, extra blankets. We had a tasty breakfast that we order it one night before at a good price. The acces to hotel can be made at any time by a door with a PIN code, providing accesibility and safety in the same time. The kitchen and the lounge were at our disposal. In the kitchen we had ice machine, expresso machine, a fridge with various kind of drinks. In te lounge we had enough space to watch TV, chat and play, we had games, books, toys for kids and plenty of sofa, chairs and tables to enjoy the time spent with our friends in there. The personel was very helpful and nice to us on all the period of time spent in there. Dorm BG is a place with a very good price/quality ration, very clen, we were very pleasantly surprised and we wormly recommend their services!

We liked vey much, not much to say otherwise. If it was to be very nitpick I would say that maybe a courtain for shower will help, but it was fine even without it.

A good stay at Dorm.bg

We liked that it was a studio with everything you need for a good price. The bed was really comfy. Everything was very clean. There were even a hairdryer and microwave. The coffee at breakfast was great.

I think the breakfast or specifically the option of scrambled eggs with bacon can be improved. It would be great if there was at least small piece of butter for the toast for any option.

It was nice

I liked that it was nice and warm, and clean. I liked that there was coffee and tea and sugar stocked up.

I didn't like that people were smoking just outside below the room and I can feel a tiny smell in the room, even though the windows were closed. I didn't like that, no one came to the room on my second day to restock the complimentary tea and coffee and to tidy up. Most hotels visit the rooms every day.

Small hotel with a good restaurant but has some flaws.

Location is good. The restaurant is amazing with an enjoyable food from the chef and good waiters. There is a mineral water pool. I think the best part is the restaurant, the food and the good cleaning staff.

The price is a bit high for what we have been offered. The small mineral pool inside is not big and is often dirty. The Internet connection is dreadfully made. The Internet speed is so bad that it is hardly usable. It could be fixed if the owner or management wants that. There is a telephone ☎️ inside the room but the cable is cut and is not usable. Apparently, all rooms are like that. The bathroom and toilet are one small, tiny room that you can hardly turn around in. There is no parking in the hotel but there is a public car park near that is constantly full and you cannot find a single place to park there. I had a bad experience as a woman who found a parking space for her husband's car, who was not there yet, and put all her belongings in there so she could occupy it for her husband. So good luck finding a parking space.

Everything was excellent: the location is just a few hundred meters from the city center and the mall, the cleanliness was outstanding, the staff very friendly, and the breakfast (available for an additional cost) was plentiful.

Perfect stop for a night with a Dog

It was the perfect spot to stop on our way to Bucharest. Super pet friendly!

A wonderful place to get rejuvenated and very inspiring atmosphere. Cool facilities for groups - cosy loving room, seminar room, fully equipped restaurant kitchen, nice rooms, friendly staff and assistance from the manager - I had a perfect time!

Amazing place to stay

Ice cold Controllable AC , fridge, places to wash and dry clothes and cook. Mattress was very comfortable. Bergos served great food and they even would bring breakfast if you ordered ahead. Manager waa friendly and offered suggestions for travel as well.

Everything was perfect

The hotel exceeded our expectations by a lot. The place was very clean, the room waa comfortable. The staff was super nice. We stayed there for 3 nights while attending a concert and they left a thematic gift for us - 4 beers in tge fridge. We were welcomed with our dog and there were other people with pets as well. However the room and all areas were very clean ans neat. Also, there's a burger place downstairs, which we also highly recommend. The burgers were amazing. We will definitely look to book this place again if we visit Stara Zagora. Had a lovely stay.

Great self-check in hostel, great host, very friendly. Everything is new and very clean, spotless. The room is very good, lot of furniture, big screen tv, fridge, micro wave, all brand new. At the entrance there is a fast food where you can eat something. Coffee machines outside the hotel for the morning. You need change to buy some coffee. I recommend this hostel, it is great! Pet friendly as well. It has a Billa shop nearby and a big parking lot, free parking

Its auto check in. They didnt send us the door code and there is no wi fi available around. Thnx to the hamburger guy he shared his internet with us so we could call the receptionist and learn the code. Otherwise we needed to go to center to call him even we were terribly tired.
