It was for one night only, so it was OK, but for longer stays I wouldn’t recommend!

The rooms were spacious

While the rooms were spacious, there were not enough power outlets. The sink in the bathroom was leaking, the bath was not useable due to a plug, which was not fitting, there is no restaurant in the hotel!!!

Friendly and smiling staff despite the fact they have to work in jackets and caps in such low temperature.

Defenitely too cold in the room, bathroom and lobby. This hotel should be closed due to low temperature. Breakfast served to the room was really poor and cold as well.

Pool spa etc closed, no mention of being closed in write up, freezing in the foyer, no lights on very uninviting and welcoming Breakfast was poor and cold, tea and coffee tepid. Bar not open all looked closed

Exceptional

A very clean and comfortable Hotel. Big room. Additionally there is swimming pool. Special thanks to Mr. Dafo receptionist, for his hospitality and kindness. Good european breakfast. Recommend with pleasure for all people.

A good place to spend only the nights while being a walking distance from the city center

Very nice quiet room with a medium size, big and comfy bed and a bit of an older generation air con for the summer. There is a private parking on the territory of the hotel. Very close to the city center and other places, easy to walk to. Good food choices around the hotel itself.

The breakfast buffet that comes with the room charge can be improved. There are very few choices of food for breakfast for the price per night and it is too early compared to other hotels. If you miss it, that is it. The restaurant does not work another time. The Spa center does not work in the summer apparently, for no reason provided. The swimming pool is only indoors. For the private parking you have to call a person for every leave/come back.

Full payment was required right at the check-in (?!!??!) All posters at the reception desk only in bulgarian, except for the one asking customers for the full payment right on check-in At reservation, I booked a twin bed room, when we've got there we have been given a room with a matrimonial bed... then we had to wait for some guy to rearrange the room Hotel's restaurant not open in three days, so we couldn't have lunch or dinner at the hotel... Sauna not open Massage people missing, explanation was that they are all sick We have been told by one of the staff that the swimming pool is not usable, because the water temperature is below 20 degrees Celsius Poor breakfast. And the next morning we have been presented the yesterday's sliced salami and cheese, with the slices melted into each other I booked in a four stars hotel but this one is not by far the case

I liked how large were the room and bed.

I didn't like the fact that there was no real airconditioning. There was a very poor ground situated 'machine' which wasn't cooling. We felt very warm during the nights and it was annoying.

Location

Only guest in the hotel. Lobby freezing and dark. The shower head fell off after 4 days The shower water was warm enough on the first day and then became progressively colder as the week wore on. Last day the water was hot again. Same breakfast every morning to room only. Cool if you love scrambled egg, cheese and cold meat. Nice staff, they're cold too...

The hotel is maximum 2 stars. No 24/7 reception service ( after 19:00 only the security guy is available), there is no air condition (AC) at all in the hotel and is very hot. In a 2 bedroom apartment at 10th floor it was actually impossible to sleep due to the heat i the rooms.The build in AC system is not functional and they installed an residential AC in one bedroom that was insufficient and even if we paid for an apartment we used only one room. There were 31 degrees and when we told the issue to the hotel staff they had no solution. The breakfast is poor, far away of a 4 stars hotel.
