- affordable , safe, clean, tastefull decorated, decent , better than many 5* hotels in Bulgaria, very attentive and polite staff ( rushing to open the door, offering free coffee..gestures that count in this industry). - I used it for transit to Greece and I will come again for sure. I highly recommend it.

No fridge in the room. Staffs not speaking English. Room cleaning 3days intervals. Breakfast is very basic €6 only

Beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean

Spacious and spotlessly clean rooms. Comfortable mattress. Polite staff and nice breakfast. The hotel is near a park and there are many restaurants and small shops in the area. Convenient parking lot at the back.

There were students as guests and they were making noise after 22:00 but this is not the hotel's fault.

Perfect location in the center of the city, but a very quiet place, facilities are very modern and nice, the room was very tidy, comfy beds, staff was friendly and helpful.

Rhodo Rock

Perfect location in center. Very clean and comfortable. New facilities, fresh looking hotel. Nearby park and good restaurants. Very good value for money. Momchilgrad is a small town, very peaceful, and cheap to stay. However it is very close to many sightseeing spots in the Eastern Rhodope Mountains. A place we would always visit when staying in this region.

Останах изключително доволна от престоя си в този хотел! Всичко беше прекрасно – изключително чисто, уютно и с много приятна атмосфера. Персоналът е изключително гостоприемен и усмихнат, винаги готов да помогне. Локацията е много удобна, близо до всичко необходимо. Otel konum olarak şehrin tam merkezinde, yeni tadilat yapilmış tertemiz, oda büyük ve konforluydu.banyo ve malzemeler yeterliydi. Oda da dolap yoktu fakat otelin lobisinde her daim alabileceğimiz soğuk su vardı. Yorumlardan okuduğum için terlik aldım yanıma, sorun olmadı. Kesinlikle momcılgradda konaklamak isteyenlerin ilk baş tercih etmesi gereken yer. Çalışanlar ve otel sahibi güleryüz ve çok ilgiliydi. Yine gelince tercih edebileceğimiz yer.

Чудесен хотел , стаите са голени и чисти , персоналът е любезен , наблизо има ресторанти за хапване и магазинче точно отсреща ,което отваря много рано (за любителите на кафето ). Всяка година отсядаме тук на път за Гърция . Предлага се и закуска в хотела,но не сме се възползвали от тази услуга . Препоръчвам с две ръце .

Μεγάλο και πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο, καλή τοποθεσία, δίπλα σε μεγάλο περιποιημένο δημόσιο πάρκο με καφετέριες, άνετο πάρκινγκ, φιλικό προσωπικό.

Χωρίς ασανσέρ, χωρίς προϊόντα περιποίησης στο μπάνιο, χωρίς βραστήρα με κάποιο καφέ, η τσάι ή έστω και νερό.

Чудесен хотел, разположен на удобно място за разглеждане на многобройните забележителности в района. Идеален е и просто за почивка и релакс. Ползвахме 2 стаи, в едната от тях имаше мини хладилник, така че при нужда от такъв да се сигнализира предварително. Стаите са много удобни и чисти. Много удобна баня с чудесни душове. Приятна тераса. Мрежи срещу насекоми. Отлична климатизация, която позволява регулиране на температурата според нуждите. Има много места за паркиране около и зад хотела. Красива градска градина в непосредствена близост. Ресторант (Елит) с много вкусна храна на 5 мин пеша. Любезно обслужване с грижа за гостите. С удоволствие бихме отседнали отново и горещо препоръчваме на всички, които имат нужда от настаняване в района.
