I recommend for transit

Welcoming and very communicative host. The building and the room are very clean and everything is new. You have everything you need in the room: refrigerator, kettle, cutlery, cups, plates, etc The location is not very good and a little far from the center. (on leaving the city towards Greece.) Parking space in the yard for 3-4 cars, or in front of the building, video surveillance. When I was there, one of the access roads was under renovation and full of potholes. But I recommend it, at least for the transit to Greece.

Exceptional

Very good location. Everything is clean, and the furniture is soft and pleasant. The owner waited for us even after reception hours and was very kind to offer us parking spaces in the hotel yard. If you are on your way to Thasos or other locations in Greece, we advise you to make a stop at GRAMADA Guest House! We definitely recommend it!

Gramada guest house was amazing stay from start to end the owner was lovely and very welcoming room was so clean and perfect size for our family would definitely recommend and will be back to stay next time over visiting family

Nice appartment, quiet, confortabile and cozy in our way to Greece, good parking. Pretty good value for the money.

Just a small minus, we arrived during the check-in schedule but there was no staff available for the check in, which was odd. We had to call and text through whatsup while we waited for 15 minutes in front of the door. In the end, it was OK. An improvement aspect would be the shower area that was very tiny, while showering the water spread over the bathroom and closet.

Far from expectations!

The appartment is very far from the pictures. The bed is NO king size, closer to double bed. The second bed (sofa) was not prepared upon arrival, and the street and streets around are being redone. Neighborhood is shady. The bathroom is very small and cold (no heat in it). The place is clean and modern and the staff is nice though.

We left before spending the night because the bed was supposed to be king size and we sleep 3 in it (1 adult and 2 kids) but the bed was a double bed and not possible to accomodate our party!! Roads are unpaved around and road work is bad. Neighbordhood is not good.

Nice hotel, smaller then pics, clean . All needed for short and long stay. Bad÷ too much cats...everywhere on terrace...and at the same time they dont allow pets....well cats are clean...but...yet... Otherwise, clean, quiet, well equiped for stay. No cook facility, but you have small kitchenette.

Very clean, helping staff

We were at the last floor with a child and a baby, it was difficult with all those stairs. The double bed is 1.40m which is a bit small for a double bed but the mattress was comfortable. The bathroom is very clean but also small.

100% recomending the place! Nice, clean, friendly.

Great place and nice surprise! Excellent value for money that exceeded my expectations. When I was making the reservation I thought the pics from the house are "beautified" but in reality the room turned even better. Flawlessly clean! (first hotel where the bathroom drain wasn't clogged :) ) Very polite staff and nice interior, with the fine touch of a graffiti artist. The house is close to the main road leading in/out of the city so is very convenient for sightseeing in the Region. It is 3 km away from the center that is a walking distance. At the same time in quiet area with roosters waking you up in the morning :)

The parking is a bit small but there's always a way to park. We stayed 4 nights and it would have been better if the cleaning personnel would have taken the trash out one of those days since on the last the bin was overflowing. Also the addition of hairdryer will be an nice improvement :)

The facility is located in not that busy area, so it was quiet. It is good for one night stay.

The room is quite small and there was no wardrobe for clothes. The shower was really close to the toilet. The utensils could be cleaned better.
