The location was excellent. It is located in the central part. The city park is located at the front side of the hotel. You can reach everywhere (municipality, banks, government buildings, city bazaar, etc.) in the city from this place within a few hundred metres. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The hotel is so quiet and safe.

Good location for walking around the city. Prices are reflecting what you get. Cheap hotels for a night or two. Several restaurants, coffee shops around. Old but still reasonable. Air-conditioning was working good (old style with a thermostat).

Noisy blvd around the hotel., no elevator. Parking across the street.

Poor breakfast. There is a club in the building, it was loud music until late and it seemed the room has only minimal soundproofing.

Clean hotel near the city center

One of the cleanest hotels in Kardzhali.

After a query we found out that the breakfast was not continental. It could be improved upon, but for the price of £2 per day you can't expect that much. There was a crack between the wall and hot tub in our room (102).
