The rooms are spacious, the price is excellent, and there is a balcony. It is close to the city center, and the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. What more could you ask for? I stayed in room 304. The bathroom was large and very clean; the bed sheets smelled wonderfully fresh, and the towels were perfectly white — everything was excellent. The blonde, blue-eyed lady at the reception was extremely positive, friendly, and welcoming. Even though she is Bulgarian, she has learned Turkish and speaks it in a very sympathetic and pleasant way. I really liked her positive attitude and warm approach. I would also like to give a separate and special thank you to Elly at the reception. Elly is a truly wonderful person — very kind, polite, helpful, and always smiling. Her positive energy makes you feel comfortable immediately, and she genuinely cares about the guests. You can clearly feel that she is a very good human being. Everything was perfect. Thank you to everyone. Highly recommended

New building in the city center.

We found a bug in the room. We didn't feel comfortable and couldn't sleep well because of that.

Decent hotel for transit, but not quite suitable for longer stays

The room was quite large and appeared to be clean.

I think this was the softest mattress I've ever slept on. In fact, I could not imagine they could make such soft mattresses. Not my favourite. There were small fixes needed here and there in the room.

I liked the room size, location, interior design.

No mosquito nets on windows. Beds were too soft, bad for the back. Shower area was not closed, water splashed all over.

Excellent hotel for the price!

The hotel was perfect! Appreciated the large parking lot away from the main road. The room was great -- beds were comfortable, and it has a small fridge. Internet worked great and was fast Check in asked for booking number -- so be sure to have that available

No breakfast or restaurant anywhere near the hotel. They do order in for you, but this is not as convenient.

Very nice stay

New hotel, spacious room, huge balkony on all rooms, parking at the property, very comfortable beds.

No fully functional restaurant on site yet. It is used for breakfast only. Using the one from Ceaser hotel for delivery if needed. Maybe the kitchen will be ready for the next season.
