I'd stay there again if I had to come back to Kirdzhali.
The room was very large, and it had a jakuzzi. I don't have complaints about the hotel, it's pretty good. Unfortunately, the town itself was disappointing -- although there are a lot of very cool places around the town.
Lighting in the bathroom. 1 small and dark bulb, you could barely see yourself in the mirror. The town of Kirdzhali.

At beginning the receptionist said me that they do jot have free room, after I showed my booking she found out a room or more. Dirty, not welcomed, it could cluded breakfast in the room rate.

The location was good, the staff were nice and the room was clean.
The hotel amenities were very poor. There were only 10 channels on TV, the wifi was very poor, the heater worked only on highest possible degrees so I had to turn it off and on manually. I stayed for two days and nobody came to replace the towels and the beddings.
