Clean. Comfortable bed.
Not very polite owner. Central heating is switched off at 23.00. It is not very strong. If the winter was cold, would be a big problem. I used the air Conditions which is the cheapest Chinese one and very noisy. Room was like an attic and colder than the rest of the rooms. Mediocre breakfast. Cheap place but it is not worth it. Went there because everything else in Zlatograd was taken. Thin walls, noise is easily heard.

Great place to stay when visiting Zlatograd!
The hotel staff was more than friendly. They were super helpful and ready to assist for everything we needed. The room was big enough. It was very clean and tidy. The bathroom was big enough and with such clean tiles that I've seen so rearly in a hotel bathrooms till now. There is a lovely small garden in the backyard of the hotel where a lot of kids toys could be used as an entertainment for small kids. The hotel is 5-10 minutes away from the city centre and the park. There is quite big shop with everything that you might need which is a minute away.
The only minus (even though it is not something which was unknown upfront) is that there were no air conditioner in the room, so in the afternoon it was a bit hot. The good thing here is that the hotel owners have thought for this inconvenience and have provided a fan.
