Just a central cheap hotel with free parking, don't expect more but expect booking problems.

The only thing I liked that there was free private parking very near to he hotel and it was central.

I booked a double room with balcony but I received a room with no balcony just a big window. When I notified the reception about the miastake, the stuff said that it appears the room with NO balcony was booked by mistake by their staff, but unfortunately there was no available double room with balcony. When I asked what they can do for compensation of the mistake (I was expecting a free beer or free breakfast), they said I have to talk with the bla bal person. (While we were checking I asked if I can buy a beer from the hotel, so they knew I wanted a beer, they could at least give one for free. OF course I bought no beer, no breakfast) They even tried to question what I paid for the room and I said this is my business, my booking acoount, I have discounts and it doesn't concern them. As I was there with my wife and 2year old son, I didn't continue the discussion more. Worser, The room was smelling cigaret smoke, they said no chance but I realized it was coming from the bathroom ventilation. So I had to open my BIG window in the middle of the night to refresh the air inside the room. Finally I figured out from booking.com that the double rooms with no balcony are not listed at the hotel page and are reserved as Double Room With Balcony. So be careful what you book!

There was a new house just opposite the window, so not very much to see back yard.

The perfect hotel in an otherwise useless town

What did I like? Everything. Oh yeah, and also a tasty breakfast was included in the overall cheap price.

They have a room with toys and it's very useful for kids. - Clean rooms, bedsheets and towels. - Good breakfast (excepting the fact that coffee or tea are not included). - The possibility to eat at the hotel's restaurant. - Good value for the money.

The personnel does not speak, nor understand English. It is very hard to understand each other when you don't have a common language. - The checkin process took more than one hour. - Breakfast does not include coffee, nor tea. They are extra cost. - We requested an extra bed for our 4 year old son and we received a baby cot (for babies). - Very small parking lot.

Excellent location, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Pancakes at the breakfast were like in my childhood. The food at the restaurant was very delicious.

All was fine, just the pillow was not my favourite. Some may say breakfast could offer more but for a BG in the countryside where is not full of visitors I would say it is a decent one.

ovepriced for the poor service offered.

clean and well-maintained

communication with the staff; lack of professionalism; lack of responsiveness when I have placed 20 calls to the reception and lobby bar but no one ever bothered to pick up the phone; the staff has turned the hotel into their lids playground with their personal toys all around the ground floor. definitely better similar price options with much more experienced service at this price range; for the price the overall experience is unacceptable.

Great value for money in central location

Quiet room in a very central location. Many breakfast options with good tea and coffee. Comfy bed, clean bathroom. Really good value for money! There was an issue with payment, but it was all solved with a smile and understanding. Would come again. Oh, and the airco was working perfectly and super cold!

Views from balcony were of other buildings. Staff didn't really interact at all, but maybe that had to do with a language barrier. I had the feeling they do mean well. Parking can be troublesome; it's free on the street, but you might end up two blocks down the road. No matter, it felt safe anyway. Only real downside for me was the lack of proper light-blocking curtains. Being summer meant the room was lit at 5 a.m.
