Disappointing.

The breakfast was wery little without choice. The hotel was dark and most of the time there was not staff available. Too expensive for the quality provided.

Overall I would recommend it if the bass noise from the party nearby wasn’t present!!!

The stuff was amazing and very helpful. The food was perfect! The location is convenient if you don’t look for a downtown area.

There was a noise coming out from a plays with loud music. A irritating bass sound was noticeable and created unpleasant discomfort which was not expected and in my personal opinion not acceptable. No music was heard but the bass bouncing sound was creating disruption of normal sleep even T the third floor of the building. I’m sorry but this was unacceptable. Sound proof actions are a must. Lack of relax during night hours is a huge minus for the place.

Nice place but needs direction

Pleasant room; nice feeling to the hotel; helpful reception staff; well kept swimming pool with an effective mini wave machine; well maintained pool area.

Breakfast was basic for Bulgaria. It definitely needed more coffee at the very least; guests shouldn't be asked to pay for a second cup. The menu needs to be on the table for guests rather than listening to the waiter list the options. We tried to use the hotel restaurant for an evening meal but the smaller part was unstaffed; the larger part had two smoking/chatting service staff who let us in; we waited on tables outside but eventually no service, or communication, pushed us to find a great restaurant in the city.

Great hotel -- felt fairly new. The rooms were modern and breakfast was very complete. Great parking out front of the hotel.

No elevator - which was not convenient for my handicapped wife. 15 stairs to the rooms (just be aware)

clean room and location in nature

carpet in room. So difficult to find anybody on Reception during check in and check out. There is no remote control for air conditioner. Poor breakfast

A very pleasant stay ☺

A very pleasant stay. Friendly, welcoming and clean. Staff very helpful.

The food wasn't great. The 4 cheese pizza has 2 maximum with far too much tomato base. The "ribs" were 3 very fatty pork chops. Breakfast was a lot better. Omelette and scrambled egg were more than acceptable.

Well hidden gem that a passerby will never find.

Designer paradise. Modern lines. Clinical. Complimentary bottle of water. No coffee/tea in the room though. Good value for money. Will stay again, now that I know where this hotel is.

Wrong location in Google maps, the quality of the very limited breakfast - by the way, lukewarm milk mixed with weak coffee water is not what they call cappuccino.

Good and modern hotel, kitchen needs improvements.

Very modern looking hotel with private parking located in a quiet zone of the city. The room was modern but a little bit small. There was a good air conditioner, a TV and a mini fridge. Nice reading lights that can be moved in any direction. Bed sheets and towels were clean. The water pressure was high and there was a lot of very hot water. There is a restaurant in the hotel that serves both dinner and breakfast. The hotel is locked after 11 p.m. and accessible only with a room key which is a nice security feature. The coffee for breakfast was good.

The bed was lumpy and the pillow was very low. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was weak. The bathroom floor wasn't very clean and the drainage was not working properly so a large puddle of water was collecting on the floor when showering. The hair dryer was not working. The banitsa for breakfast was burnt, very chewy, dry, and old. It felt as if it was made on the day before.

It's the go-to place in Kardzhali!

The staff was exceptionally polite, helpful and creative - despite power outage in the area due to heavy thunderstorms, we were still being served warm and tasty dishes in the hotel restaurant illuminated by gentle candlelight which made the whole experience feel like a romantic dinner - nice! The breakfast was modest but felt home-made and was really tasty. The rooms were cosy and clean. The area around the hotel was calm which made for a good sleep. Nearby you can find a big local park which is ideal for a morning jog. Overall a great value for money!

Very good

The employes were nice but they don't know english. It's hard to comunicate with them. Only one boy knew english. The food was good. The prices were ok.

The surroundings were ugly. A lot of trashcans in the street. They don't have markets nearby.

Definitely worth a stay.

Good family hotel. The receptionist/ waitress young lady was absolutely fantastic, very helpful and always with a smile.

Kitchen smell tends to come into the restaurant. This should be addressed as our clothes smelt of cooking!

Disappointing stay - we regret not going into town to have diner.

The room was OK, people were friendly and they spoke English - small room and under the roof, but nicely renovated. A bed to crash in - no luxury was expected. The rating for the restaurant however kills the good rating for the room.

The restaurant. They didn't manage to even bring the food we ordered. We ordered spinach pancakes and a salat as starters, and a pizza and ribs as main courses. The pancakes came, but no salad (forgotten !), the pizza came but it wasn't the ordered type of pizza, and no ribs (forgotten) .... we insisted on the ribs (i has already finisnhed my pizza) and when they came, the ribs were not ribs but cut-up bacon, mostly fat. Finally, we ordered cold water (thinking this couldn't go wrong) : the water came, it was room temperature. I would rate it 2/10. At least they were friendly and spoke English - but we left hungry.
