The stuff was amazing and very helpful. The food was perfect! The location is convenient if you don’t look for a downtown area.
There was a noise coming out from a plays with loud music. A irritating bass sound was noticeable and created unpleasant discomfort which was not expected and in my personal opinion not acceptable.
No music was heard but the bass bouncing sound was creating disruption of normal sleep even T the third floor of the building.
I’m sorry but this was unacceptable. Sound proof actions are a must. Lack of relax during night hours is a huge minus for the place.

Pleasant room; nice feeling to the hotel; helpful reception staff; well kept swimming pool with an effective mini wave machine; well maintained pool area.
Breakfast was basic for Bulgaria. It definitely needed more coffee at the very least; guests shouldn't be asked to pay for a second cup. The menu needs to be on the table for guests rather than listening to the waiter list the options. We tried to use the hotel restaurant for an evening meal but the smaller part was unstaffed; the larger part had two smoking/chatting service staff who let us in; we waited on tables outside but eventually no service, or communication, pushed us to find a great restaurant in the city.

Great hotel -- felt fairly new. The rooms were modern and breakfast was very complete. Great parking out front of the hotel.
No elevator - which was not convenient for my handicapped wife. 15 stairs to the rooms (just be aware)

clean room and location in nature
carpet in room. So difficult to find anybody on Reception during check in and check out. There is no remote control for air conditioner. Poor breakfast
