Close to a park

The welcome, the language barriers, they could not copy paste data from a business card to print a proper invoice. Old, very noisy because of local guests, like barbarians..laughing shouting banging the doors all night. The elevator was so loud that I could hear it in the room. The breakfast that I could hardly believe it. The seating, the choices… That was the poorest breakfast ever. I do not understand those who give high rating to such a hotel where they slept before…

Nice but disappointed

Good quality for money, lots of rooms

On the website the room was priced at ~56 EUR whereas I had to pay 70. I had also specifically requested separate beds but we got only got one.

A great place to stop for transit travelers

A small neat pool with a lifeguard. The room is spacious, with a living room. Good quality breakfast. Underground parking for 3 cars. The hotel is popular, all tables are occupied at breakfast.

The bed is uncomfortable, low, with washed linen. The coffee machine didn't work well at breakfast.

The old furniture, children cot was damaged, dirty,we improvised in order to be able to fit the kid in it in a somehow safety manner.

gym was 0, old equipment and freezing cold breakfast was a joke, nothing much to choose from no electric sockets near the bad for laptop/phone charger the shower head had some issues and I couldn t take a shower some lightbulbs were out

The location.

- the swimming pool was very cold. - the room was not cleaned during our stay. - there was no air conditioning. - the breakfast was cold. - we was overcharged, advised by check in desk that they upgraded the room without telling us. They said sorry and said next time to call and they will give us discount. - my wife was told she was not allowed to watch me and my daughter swimming and was told to leave the pool area. - One evening we decided to eat at the restaurant dinner , the rice was served very watery and the next day I had a bad stomach, didn't eat there again. The waitress disappeared and we couldn't find her to pay for the bill, in the restaurant, she was in the room next door eating her dinner. - the beds are not that comfortable, maybe OK for one night but not for longer, especially with only one pillow and very hot room. - overall very disappointed, we will stay at hotel history which is very near next time as we enjoyed there dinner and service they provided to us during our holiday.

The hotel is located in the biggest park in Haskovo - Kenana. The atmosphere is very nice and combined with the open pool, it looks nice. The view from the city is magnificent - you can see the whole town. The breakfast was nice. The lady at the Reception was very nice and helpful.

The hotel looks very old. The atmosphere in the rooms is a bit creepy. Although it was relatively clean, the toilet was not cleaned properly. The pool has a nice setup but is dilapidating - missing tiles, sand. There was a strange object floating around. For a 4-star hotel (and one of the priciest in Haskovo) I expected more. .
