Wonderful

I stayed here with my girlfriend, and we originally found this hotel on the map while looking for a place to stay in Haskovo. The location is excellent—just 20 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by car from the center. Right across the hotel there is a huge, green park with cafés at the entrance and a zoo at the end. It feels more like a forest than just a park. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the pool, and it was absolutely worth it—very clean and well maintained. The rooms were spotless; I honestly couldn’t find a speck of dust. Breakfast was delicious, sufficient, and served quickly. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They solved so many of our small problems during our stay. Many of them speak Turkish, and even though their English is a bit limited, communication was never an issue. We had two wonderful, peaceful days here. If you are staying in Haskovo, this is definitely the place to choose. It’s quiet, clean, and relaxing. The breakfast and dining areas are also nicely designed and well kept. The room had a TV, a fully stocked minibar, and fast, reliable internet. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we left very satisfied.

A very good hotel, but make ensure that all the services normally offered are available.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are friendly and the breakfast is good. We also liked the size of the room, the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness of the place.

However, some of the services normally offered in the room were not available when they should have been: the Jacuzzi was not working and neither were the hairdryers.

Уютно с леко разочарование

Хотелът има чудесни детайли, които създават уют. Разполага и с паркинг. На Рецепция не бях предупредена, че ще ни бъде дадена не стаята, която резервирахме, а друга. Когато се качих и я видях, осъзнах този факт и попитах на Рецепция. Казаха ми, че тъй-като в ресторанта ще има частно парти, не са ни настанили в резервираната стая, защото е точно над ресторанта и ще ни бъде шумно. Не че и в другото помещение не беше, но музиката спря около 00:40, за което се радвам.

Джакузито в помещението, което ни бе дадено, изобщо не можеше да се използва по предназначение. Започна да тече, още докато го пълнехме. В момента, в който легнахме в него, вече сифона на банята дори не успяваше да смогне с поемането на изтичащата под самото джакузи вода. Дори с пуснат на максимум кран за пълнене, така и не успя да стане наполовина пълно. Тази екстра в помещението броим, че я нямаше.

La única pega por poner algo es que no tenia ascensor, pero tampoco era muy necesario

Raport pret/calitate foarte bun.

Mic dejun suficient. Se comanda din vreo 4 sau 5 variante. Restaurantul este foarte bun, mancare gustoasa.

Aveti nevoie de google translate la receptie si restaurant. Personal amabil dar vorbitori doar de limba bulgara.....

Hotel ok pentru un sejur la Haskovo

Parcare asigurata. Camera spatioasa. Restaurant ok pentru mesele de pranz sau seara. Nu neaparat si pentru micul dejun. Cafea si ceai free la orice ora. Locatia ok, langa un parc. Hint pentru jucatorii de tenis: 3 minute pe jos pana la baza, prin parc.

Micul dejun poate fi imbunatatit (nu exista decat un meniu interesant - continental, in rest puteai comanda doar sandivisuri, un scrambled egg cu 2 felii de paine). Personalul nu vorbeste engleza. Plata cu cardul posibila doar in timpul zilei (seara doar cash, leva).
