Nice hotel, bad room

Very nice staff, big parking. The sauna was great. The center is very far away.

The pool was dirty and we were in a room right behind the reception and above the pool (with extra noisy jacuzzi). Which meant that we could hear everything from the reception area, as well as the jacuzzi pump witch work from 8 to 20. Those things combine didn’t give us much time for quiet rest.

The hotel is really good. It is very modern, clean, and comfortable. The amenities are awesome. The service is exceptional. It seems to be located in the nice part of town.

It is a little bit pricey. It has a restaurant next to it, but unfortunately on the day of our travel (Monday) the restaurant was closed. The elevator is really small (max 2 people with luggage), but this is really minor.

A very suitable place for families

Good conditions, bad personnel

The location was good, with large rooms and very clean. The food at the restaurant is tasty. The reception personnel were very nice.

Rude personnel at the restaurant. They tried to move us from the table where we were seated at least two times claiming the table was reserved (no sign of such thing) or that the breakfast (not included in the room rate, but paid separately) should be served on some specific tables that were not prepared at all, greasy and dirty.

Самият хотел като сграда е много добър, съвсем нов, елегантен и удобен. Стаите са добри, леглата са удобни и организирани с мисъл за клиентите. Място с потенциал.

Необучен и нелюбезен персонал. Хотелът има две тела и трябва да си носиш багажа до стаята през коридори и стълбища, защото няма пиколо. Когато пристигнахме валеше дъжд и трябваше да си пренесем багажа сами до хотела без да ни посрещне пиколо, което да ни помогне. В ресторанта имаше някакво събиране и вечерта имаше шум, неподходящ за хотел. Обяснението беше, че организаторите са си извадили разрешение от кметството да имат музика и DJ до полунощ. Шумът беше толкова силен, че не можеше да се спи и трябваше да поискаме да ни се смени стаята в 23ч. Закуската беше добра, но не знам защо се сервираше в лоби-бара, а не в ресторанта. Беше неудобно за хранене. Описаните ситуации създават впечатление, че хотелът не се управлява добре (меко казано). Това е в ущърб както на посетителите, така и на инвеститора. Жалко, защото хотелът има потенциал да бъде едно чудесно място за настаняване. Направен е с вкус и идея за удобство на посетителите, но организацията му е трагична.

Беше много топло. Отзоваха с кошара за бебето, която бях пропуснала да заявя. Басейна е топъл. Храната в ресторанта в добри количества като за цената си. Приятно и вкусно готвят.

Комфортен престой в хотел Бохеми - Хасково

Местоположението на хотела е перфектно, с осигурени паркоместа. Всичко ни хареса - изисканият интериор, чистотата, изключително удобните легла, комфортните стаи и бани. Най-много ни впечатли обслужването! Усмихнатият и много любезен рецепционист, който ни посрещна ни накара да се почувстваме специални, за което благодарим! Поздравления и за вкусната храна, която ресторантът предлага.

Доволни сме от престоя си и нямаме забележки.

Greek Restoran da yemekler çok lezzetli odalar güzel havuz şirin di.

Hamamda görevli personel Müşterilere nazik davranmıyor, müşterilere karşı daha nazik davranmalı. Asyalı bir kadın spa görevlisi olabilir. Cumartesi akşamı canlı müzik vardı biz de eğlendik ancak gece 03.30 a kadar müzik devam etti😞

Ortam güzeldi , otelin karşısında park vardı ve yürüyüş yapabildik .

Oda temizdi, ancak her gün temizlenmedi, havlular ben haber verince değişti, yatağı bile düzeltmemişler sadece havlu koyup gittiler. Kahve ve su ücretliydi , ilk gün kahvaltı dahil dediler ama 4 gün hiç kahvaltı yoktu, suya bile ücret almaları can sıkıcıydı

Ne-a placut foarte mult,raport calitate pret excelent! Camera (studio) dotata cu tot ce este necesar patul confortabil,curat in toata locatia,liniste,personalul foarte amabil. Mancarea de la restaurantul grecesc al locatiei excelenta!Deasemenea piscina din cadrul locatiei a fost un plus de atractie in special pentru familiile cu copii mici. Cu siguranta vom reveni!Multumim!

La restauratul hotelului se organizeaza petreceri (nunti, botezuri) cu sonorul la maxim vibrand podeaua camerei. Cand am apelat la superiorul hotelului pentru a rezolva situatia mi a spus ca pot pleca daca nu imi convine deoarece petrecerea a fost platita.

Не беше лошо, но за парите си не си заслужава.

Сравнително нови мебели, удобно легло. Има безплатен паркинг към техния ресторант, с осветление, но в дните в които той не работи и осветлението не работи.

За 5 нощувки не минаха да почистят нито веднъж. Имаше разни счупени мебели - двете маси, щора, държач за завеса и контакта се вадеше.

Отличен паркинг , рецепция и всичко в стаите. Има дори комплекти за всичко , не само душ гелчета. Дори сешоарите са на високо ниво. Телевизията също е цифрова с отлично качество.

Закуската единствено в случай ,че не е на блок маса би било добре да е с избор.

Прекрасен хотел - чистота, комфорт, обслужване, всичко беше на ниво!

Хотелът много ни хареса! Чисто, комфортно, уютно, персоналът беше много учтив. Водата във басейна беше топла. Спа зоната е малка, но гостите в хотела бяха малко и се радвахме на спокойствие! Имаше много красива коледна украса. Ресторантът е на ниво, храна и обслужване - отлично!
