Dear Booking.com Support Team / Hotel Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay and to request a clarification on several issues. 1. Discrepancy in Payment When I made the reservation through Booking.com, the confirmed price was €81.80. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was charged €92.04. I would like a detailed explanation for this difference of €10.24. Please clarify if this was due to undisclosed taxes, fees, or an error in your system. 2. Facilities Issues I also encountered the following problems with the room: Hairdryer: The hairdryer in the bathroom was not working throughout my stay. Light Switches: The bathroom light switches were faulty and very difficult to operate. I believe that the service provided did not match the price paid, especially given the overcharge. I look forward to your explanation regarding the price difference and hope for a fair resolution. I have attached my booking confirmation and the final receipt for your reference.

The only thing was that even windows were closed it came some air but air conditioner worked perfect. It would be also better if the room was carpeted.

Clean and specious room. Romantic atmosphere. The hotel theme is Africa, and it has not too much and not too less of it.

We were for two nights, but no one clean the room, or add toilet paper.

Second stay at amazing hotel and room even better

The circular bed and curtain drapes made it very romantic. Lovely decor and lights made it look and feel very luxurious. Super big windows and excellent showerroom. Close to centre and recommend excellent restaurant Memory

A wonderful find

Opulence and romance, an amazing place, so unusual and a real treat. Very clean and a proper double bed - not 2 singles together as common in Bulgaria. Super big shower room. Extra romance added with candles. Great to have a kettle but no coffee sachets so bring your own

Balcony was overlooking shop roof air cons so noisy but with door shur you couldn't hear.

Very unique.

The room was really unique, decorated with so many African-taste goods and fabrics. Not only inside but also outside the room, they put so many interesting things like butterflies and so on. And the hotel smelled nicely. I liked it very much. The two ladies I met at the reception were both polite and pleasant with nice smile.

The room was a bit dark. If there are some more lights, it would be very nice.

There was an electric kettle in the room. Different types of glasses and spoons. Candles for a cosy environment provided.

The perfect place for either a one night or a longer stay. The rooms are cosy and stylishly decorated, everything is absolutely clean, the staff is welcoming. A place to visit more than once!

Fantastic to find such a nice and inspiring hotel in Bulgaria! I loved it!

The location of this hotel is excellent, very close to the bus station. Supermarkets are right around the corner. I love the design of the hotel! It is a fantastic idea to have a hotel "Africa" in Bulgaria! Nice and inspiring contrast! You can choose from a variety of room decorations. The spacious rooms are lovely furnished, you find beautiful details, nice colours, exotic flair. It is a benefit for your soul to see such a beauty! Also the common areas are designed perfectly with jungle wallpaper, pictures with African motives, etc. Very tasteful! The stuff is very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel!
