The staff where always very helpful and kind. Rooms are comfortable.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that our reserved rooms had not been kept available. The hotel explained that they had previously experienced cases where Turkish guests made reservations for visa purposes but did not ultimately arrive. Unfortunately, they had assumed that we might also not show up, and as the hotel was fully booked, our rooms were no longer available. The hotel handled the situation professionally once we arrived. They arranged accommodation for us at another hotel for the first night and covered the full cost, as promised. The following day, they invited us for breakfast and arranged alternative rooms for us. Although these were not the rooms we had originally reserved, they actually suited our needs better, particularly because they were more convenient in terms of access and the stairs. While the situation upon arrival was unexpected and inconvenient, we appreciated the way the hotel took responsibility and made every effort to resolve the issue. In the end, the alternative accommodation worked out well for us, and we were satisfied with how the hotel handled the situation.

Clean and tidy, very comfy bed.

The staff was invisible, we were looking to check in and then to pay. Also they don't talk English. Very noisy, you can hear everything.
