Owner was very helpful and nice guy, even tho he doesn't know English we understand each other quite well. The room was very clean and the environment is so nice. Every time when I have been in Kardzhali i'll be only stay there.

Öncelikle otelde her yer tertemizdi. Otelin sahibi harika bir insan. Her konuda size çok yardımcı oluyor. Biz dost olduk resmen. İletişim sorununu çözmüş, her dile uygun translate kullanıyor. Her konuda anlaşabiliyorsunuz. Şehrin her yerine ulaşım kolay, Pırıl pırıl bir tesis. Otopark sorunu yok, yatakları rahat, çarşaflar mis gibi kokuyor. Sessiz sakin bir mahallede. Arena parka çok yakın. Ulaşımı çok kolay ve merkezi. Kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ederim.

Домакинът беше приветлив.
При оценките, които видях в сайта, очаквах нормална поддръжка на стаята. Олекотените завивки не бяха чаршафосани, но се надявам, че се перат след всеки гост. За сметка на това, възглавниците не бях прани вероятно НИКОГА и дори изпраните калъфки не можеха да компенсират миризмата на мръсотия, която се усещаше в момента, в който легнеш на тях. Не бих препоръчала мястото за настаняване никога! Много неприятно преживяване!
