La habitación y el baño pequeños comparados con la presencia general magnificente del hotel. Nuevo, muy limpio, agradables los ambientes comunes. Muy bueno el desayuno incluido, simpática y competente la camarera que lo atiende. Nos sorprendió muy agradablemente lo magnífico de las instalaciones del hotel, jardínes y salones con un nivel de precio totalmente accesible.

Оазис в Кърджали! Уникално място извън града, ново,спокойно, чисто и уютно,луксозно направено в ориенталски стил!Персоналът изключително учтив и отзивчив,станахме приятели! Препоръчвам горещо!

Alles sauber, gut zu erreichen und außerhalb der Stadt. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Ruhig gelegen, da abseits von der Hauptverkehrsstraße. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, trotz Sprachbarrieren (sehr eingeschränkte Englischkenntnisse).
Enge Toilette/Dusch-Kombination, die Toilette ist nach dem Duschen geflutet. Das Frühstück ist sehr eingeschränkt. Man bekommt nur eine Tasse Kaffee/Tee und ein Glas Saft, zudem einen vorgefertigten Teller ohne Wahlmöglichkeit. Zudem erinnert es mehr an eine Kantine.
