Nice hotel

The hotel is really good, there is a beautiful area around the building, rooms are quite comfortable, stuff is helpful and nice. There are also breakfasts that are quite good. There is also a very attractive hall for big events, good decoration for photos. The location is good, not the center of the city, but easy to find and reach out to, especially with the car. The price is really good.

We booked with breakfast included, but when we went to eat there was only a table with cereals. When I asked about breakfast, I was told they don’t have food, which was very disappointing. After calling reception, someone asked what we wanted, and they prepared two plates with some items like vegetables, omelet, and bread, but it was not what we expected from an included breakfast. There were also other issues: • No English-speaking staff, which made communication difficult. • The room did not have a balcony. • At 10:30, someone knocked on the bathroom door, even though check-out was at 11:00. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not as advertised.

Very quiet place.Perfect location /1 min from main road if you travel to Greece. Staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast very good. Parking on site.

Yeni olması , otopark ve sakinliği . Kahvaltısı tek tabakda hazırlanmış ama idare edecek düzeyde . Fiyat performansı uygun . Muhammet kardeşimiz elinden geleni yapacak kadar yardımcı oldu.

Kış sezonu konaklamalarında önceden odanızın ısıtılması için uyarmanızda fayda var. Banyo ve lavaboları ufak ve konforsuz.

Çalışanlar çok ilgili. Odalar ve otelin geneli çok temizdi. Odalar aile için ideal. Bir daha geldiğimde hiç düşünmeden tekrar burada konaklayacağım. Teşekkürler..

De mensen zijn lief, maar dat helpt je niet als je dit soort dingen meemaakt.

Het ziet van de buitenkant heel mooi uit en ze gaven een haardroger op aanvraag. Was een goede airconditioning in de slaapkamer.

Is heel erg afgelegen, de deur was dicht en we komen niet inchecken het was rond 17:00/18:00 uur, ze zeiden dat ze niet wisten dat er een boeking is….. we hebben uiteindelijk minimaal 15 min buiten gestaan in de kou. En wij maar bellen en bellen, maar diegene neemt niet op, dit telefoonnummer staat op de deur… ja en weet je ik ging uiteindelijk gelijk douchen was het water ijskoud, het moest nog verwarmd worden en dat komt hij later zeggen. Volgende ochtend kopje koffie gehad en ontbijt aangeboden, maar we gingen al weg naar de airport en we wouden gewoon zo snel mogelijk weg.

Cutatenie ireproșabilă. Personal cald și primitor. Bun pentru tranzit, dar și pentru a explora lacurile din apropiere. În Bulgaria mai exista și alte atracții pe lângă Marea Neagra și Bansko. Raport calitate preț imbatabil. Restaurant peste medie. Preparate bulgărești, turcești și internaționale.

Nu e un hotel 5*. Pretențioși sa se abțină!

Wszystko elegancko, zgodnie z opisem i zdjęciami. Mimo, że spóźniliśmy się na śniadanie, zostało nam ono zaserwowane. Na stronie są podane, że obsługa mówi w 4 językach i faktycznie tak jest, jeżeli oczywiście jest akurat cała kadra.
