Disappointing

Strange hotel at the end of Haskovo. We arrived at 5PM, got the keys and the person on the reception went home. There is a restaurant that closes at 5 PM, no one on the reception area after 5 o'clock. Good luck ,if you need something. Same thing the morning. The reception was still close 9 AM, we just left the keys in the room. The price was reasonable, but that was only plus. Not going to stay again. This is not the way to run hotel.

We will visit again, we enjoyed it a lot!

It was perfect for the price but they definitely need to add new pictures of the property since it is so much better in person than it looks on the photos! The room was very spacious, had its own balcony, very clean and nice bathroom, toiletries, the view was fantastic!!

I did not enjoy the additional blankets, they smelled kinda weird and the host probably forgot to place the remotes for the TV and the air conditioning in the room so we were a bit cold.

Superb

The room is clean and spacious, has all the necessary facilities, the host is helpful, ready to provide all the necessary info, it has private parking, it's ideal for those in transit, fair value for money.

The location of the accommodation is both an advantage and a disadvantage: it is located near the road, being easy to find and access, but there is a lot of noise in the room (you can hear all the traffic outside, even with all the windows closed)
