Great location, friendly personnel, good restaurant, fantastic view, wonderful swimming pool
Some small details in the room - no chairs or table inside, no glasses, no fridge. There were no hangers or shelves in the bathtoom and no mosquito net on the door. Nevertheless, the personnel is so friendly and responsive that they bring you everything you need.

Absolutely beautiful view from the whole place, the swimming pool, bar/restaurant and our room.
The food was excellent and all the staff we met were friendly and helpful.
We only had one small thing that we would recommend - the music was a little loud in the day around the pool. You could not hear it from the room but when we were by the pool we would have preferred it if the music was lower. This is because this place is a place of natural beauty, peace and tranquility. If the music has to be on we would have preferred traditional music of Bulgaria.
This is only a small issue, 95% of our stay here is one of the best places we have stayed and we have travelled to many places. Thank you to all the staff
