Kremasti Rooms

Bonne chambre dans un village à l’intérieur du delta du Nestos. Personnel accueillant et souriant, avec qui nous avons eu plaisir à échanger et dont nous avons apprécié les informations et les conseils. L’endroit n’est pas vraiment touristique, mais ce fut finalement un plus pour nous, compte tenu du prix très abordable de la nuit et de notre besoin de décompresser un peu après un long voyage. Beaucoup de chiens dans les alentours, mais nous aimons les chiens : nous en avions nous-mêmes avec nous ! Une halte simple et agréable, qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer.

Peut-être faudrait-il mieux gérer la présence des chiens. Cela ne nous a pas posé de problème, puisque nous les aimons et voyagions nous-mêmes avec les nôtres, mais cela pourrait être moins apprécié par certains autres clients.

The location is great if you want to travel to different parts of this area of Greece, using Kremasti as a base. We went on different days to Komotini, Xanthi and Drama. We also found an excellent, well-priced seafood restaurant close by, Taverna Kaiki in Maggana, and another night, we went to a great place for ouzo and meze, called appropriately, Mezedotechnimata at Petinos. Warning: you need GPS if you are travelling to different places from here.

My only disappointment was that the TV was up high, so we could not access it to attach a Chromecast or tv box to stream in our downtime (for the reasonable price of the room we would have been happy to use our own data).

the room was very clean with new furniture and bedding, the bathroom was spacious, the landlady provided even a mini packs of shampoo and shower gel. You can park inside the property in front of the room.

it would be nice if the room have an electric kettle to make a coffee/tea

there was no one in the venue when I arrived I had to call a few times to let people know I arrived. The AC was working loudly and unefficiently
