Really, really enjoyed our stay and the food in the restaurant was just excellent. I’d the best sea bream ever!

The private parking is small and accessed up a small entry. I was glad of the security it provided but someone in a larger vehicle might have difficulty getting in and out.

The room was comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is excellent - easy walk to Vernon restaurants and a short drive to Giverny. Having garage parking is a plus.

Having garage parking is nice, but it is a bit challenging exiting it (especially if you have a SUV).

Beds comfortable. Hotel clean. Most staff friendly and helpful. Pleasant outside area to eat.

No tea/coffee in room ! No place to put toiletries in shower cubicle. Couldn’t watch TV in room as had no signal. More variety of fruit needed for breakfast. At breakfast coffee cups much too small. There was no marmalade.

Dust on the radiators, on headboard, attitude of staff was surly to say the least. I think they did that because we booked via booking. Com , I dunno. But no one had a smile or greeting except the lady who checked us out. The separate toilet had a tissue dispenser like a public toilet. Grungy brown carpet (bring your own slippers, luckily I did), smelly hand towels smelt of a polish of some kind. Bath towels were fine.

A very nicely decorated hotel with helpful, pleasant staff. It was in walking distance to everything in town

Great location. Had secure parking for my vehicle. Bed and room were clean and comfortable. Enjoyed a nice drink and snack from the hotel restaurant. Clean, neat, functional bath, shower, charging outlets, desk. Was a nice stay.

I sure enjoy a/c, and the hotel does not have it. That said, it was warm but quite bearable with the hotel-provided fan. No refrigerator in the room. Everything else was nice.

After visiting Monet's Garden. Good place to stay for our for our destination, Dieppe.

The room was OK for one night. Breakfast was what we expected. We ate in the town so cannot comment on the restaurant.

Typical French hotel underground parking. Don't take anything bigger than a medium sized vehicle down into the pit.

The staff were gorgeous and loved their jobs.

The bed felt at the wrong angle in room 102. It felt like it should have been north south. But the room was beautifully clean and well decorated.

Good location but wanted to get out of there fast

Very good location

Room was not clean; the carpet was extremely dirty and you could see dirt on the walls. There was no shower on the bath, just the hand held one at the base of the bath. The mattress was old and uncomfortable. Peeling paint in the bathroom, really not taken care.

Perfect location for visiting Giverny. Easy access by train to Versailles, Rouen, and Paris.

The staff were very gracious and helpful. The room was large and well appointed (separate sitting area). We stayed 4 nights, and enjoyed the meals and location - close to Giverny and to the train station.

It would have been nice if there were air conditioning. The desk fan was working overtime at night.

Enjoyable and interesting.

The location was good. Staff very helpful. We enjoyed hiring bikes to cycle to Givency. Time was taken to ensure we were happy & that the bikes were safe with the seats at the correct height.

Breakfast - I prefer coffee to be freshly made and served rather than having to use a coffee machine. It would have been nice if local cheeses had been on offer.

The check in and check out was smooth. bathroom was very spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was my bad ! I didn’t double check the listing But the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning. A small fan for 3 beds was provided and unfortunately they didn’t have any spare fans/ mobile units etc. A very hot and sweaty night followed..
