Great location in centre of Vernon, short walk to train station and to river Seine. Good breakfast. Staff are very helpful. Great for visiting Giverny.
Better ventilation needed in bathroom.

The hotel, the location and the welcome.
The breakfast was poor and expensive. The machine to poach the eggs didn't cook properly. The coffee machine was small and the waiter had to top it up and the queue was building up.
We dined at the restaurant but the choice of food was limited.

The receptionists were not professional, not service and neither client oriented.

Beds comfortable. Hotel clean. Most staff friendly and helpful. Pleasant outside area to eat.
No tea/coffee in room ! No place to put toiletries in shower cubicle. Couldn’t watch TV in room as had no signal.
More variety of fruit needed for breakfast. At breakfast coffee cups much too small. There was no marmalade.
