Hotel Restaurant La Musardiere

The location is beyond belief. If you get a room that looks out to the east , you look over the valley where monet's gardens are. The room was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. Be aware , there are no lifts , but the stairs are manageable. There was nowhere air conditioning , but a large fan in the ceiling. We were there when France set a record for the hottest temperature in its history and it was manageable. If you wanted to find something bad about it, you could or you could just enjoy the moment and Put up with a little discomfort. To be honest it was hot everywhere. Breakfast was a little on the light side, but very good.We had supper one night and it was excellent.The chef'special was wonderful

This is our fourth stay there and this time, air conditioning would have been nice, but they don't have it, and we never needed it any other time.They did have a large ceiling PAN that provided\nA level of comfort. Staff was very accommodating, very pleasant, always cheerful. I am not sure there's anything I would tell them to change.It's a great place

Terrific location to visit Giverny. The garden was comfortable to visit and both dinner and breakfast were excellentz we loved it.

It took a minute to figure out the parking code for the gate.

Location to Monets Gardens. Hotel grounds very good. Head chef was very helpful and friendly. Parking at the hotel was very good.

Booked a superior double room. Very disappointed as it was small and in the attic. It was situated at the top of 2 steep stair case's. No windows in the room, just 2 small sky lights which when I opened one the view was a chimney stack. At €237 per night with no breakfast severely over priced. The only alternative we could be offered was a standard double room which at least had a window, but was very small and you could hardly move in the bathroom as it was tiny.
