Not the best

When arriving at the property the entrance reminds me of entering an industrial yard not a hotel. The bathroom layout isn’t the best and if you want to use the toilet you need to be a limbo champion. The toilet would never stop running so you had your own indoor waterfall background noise. No food at the hotel as the restaurant was closed and the bar shuts at 2145h. Who would not offer a long bar service?

Brilliant & Helpful staff , let down by run down rooms

The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. The entrance bar was beautifully decorated but unfortunately the actual hotel rooms need some love and attention.

The hotel rooms were small , dated and in serious need of refurbishment. Really disappointing - very 1970s.

great location and we felt relaxed as we were able to bring our dog who had a lovely walking area. we had a plate and drink each when we arrived which was appreciated as the restaurant was closed

Disappointing

Breakfast not acceptable. At 8 o'clock no Croissants and baguette available. Also no cheese. We waited more than 15 minutes for filling up to start our breakfast. Baguette was not filled up Also one of two coffee machines out of work. Due to a bus tourist group we had to sit in the hotel entrance. And for this situation we had to pay 9.00€ per person....😡This make the stay disappointing.

Simple hotel which does things well.

This is not a hotel with many fancy extras but it does what it does quite well. Noise is a problem - all the room doors have an automatic closure which means that you hear bangs from the point when people start to get up in the morning to when they go to bed. As there seem to be many work groups (is the hotel owned by the company on the same site?) that can be very early in the morning and quite late at night.

This is for booking.com itself. I have got used to using booking.com and not consulting any other sites. I shall have to stop that - I noticed we were pay an uplift of 10e on the room on the hotel price, which seems a lot.

Basic hotel. Closeness to Giverny for visit to Monet's garden and Maison.

One reception staff member wasn't very friendly or helpful. The manager who assisted us was extremely obliging.

Avoid this place.

Almost nothing.

Don't stay there. They have no respect to the guests. Very basic room, too hot (no air conditioner), separate beds, not clean under the beds. Separate toilet and a bathroom. But the main problem was the hotel really provided a terrible service. They kept us awake the whole night (literally till 4.00) by insane loud music and a party in the restaurant-garden right in front of our room windows. And when I complained they suddenly forgot English. They took the money upfront, didn't warn us about the party they were going to have, didn't apologise anyhow.

Séjour Décevant.

Séjour très décevant à l’Hôtel Mont Vernon. Le principal problème concerne la propreté, qui est clairement insuffisante. La chambre n’était pas propre à l’arrivée, et la douche était particulièrement sale, avec des cheveux encore présents, ce qui est inacceptable. La chambre était très grande mais mal équipée : un seul chauffage, insuffisant pour l’espace, ce qui rend les soirées désagréables. Les équipements sont médiocres, vieillissants et ne correspondent pas au prix demandé. Le rapport qualité-prix est très mauvais. Au vu de l’état général et des prestations proposées, l’expérience ne vaut absolument pas le tarif. Je suis vraiment dégoûté de ce séjour et je n’ai clairement aucune intention d’y revenir. Une grosse remise à niveau serait nécessaire, notamment sur l’entretien et la propreté.
