The restaurant, where we ate both lunch and dinner is Michelin star quality with a view that blows your mind. Everyone there, from the owners to the restaurant staff are super friendly. The house and gardens are a little piece of heaven.
It may be time to consider some air conditioning for the rooms - albeit that we were there during a 40 degrees C spell.

The location to Monet’s garden was fantastic, the decor and gardens were beautiful
The most disappointing and annoying part of our stay was the staff. Initially the welcome receptionist didn’t recognise our stay. The waitress on the breakfast was so rude to me. I asked for some hot milk for my coffee and she made a funny face at me as if I was asking for something ridiculous, very condescending and I felt really foolish.. horrible feeling. Then it turns out that Booking.com even though we paid when booking, asked us to pay again which I did as I didn’t realise my husband had already paid !!! We didn’t realise this until the manager explained this to us when we were leaving !!
