Lovely, artisan style studio with balcony and view of the large garden with Koi pond. It’s on the edge of the village, very peaceful, lots of birds song. I could see the starts from where I was sleeping. The owners are charming and welcoming

Wonderfully kind proprietor, beautiful yard and garden with unique koi pond. Birds singing in the morning and evening, couldn’t be more perfect location in Giverny.

Staircase to room may be hard to negotiate for older clientele.

A friendly welcome, fab accommodation perfectly located for visiting the village. Helpful advice and information on local history and avoidance of queues for Monet’s garden. Great restaurant recommendation too! We were very happy !!

The owner and his way with customers. Even if you dislike something he makes it up for you with right attitude and a smile. Well done!

If you arrive buy bus, its difficult to go back to the station early in the morning or late at night. No taxis.

Le Buissonet , c’est un parfait avant goût des jardins de Giverny.Dans son atelier d’artiste, nous nous sommes sentis revivre.A l’unisson avec Dame nature,c’est un lieu d’exception pour retrouver la quiétude, le calme et la sérénité. Déconnecté du monde moderne, les vieux meubles, le lit à garniture d’un autre âge inspirent… La verrière, les insectes qui s’invitent sur le haut plafond, les objets insolites qui traînent ici et là éveillent la curiosité et donnent envie de s’installer pour découvrir l’histoire de ce lieu.On s’imagine volontiers écrire un roman, peindre une aquarelle ou tout simplement butiner avec son amoureux dans ce magnifique jardin doté d’un bassin peuplé de carpes Koï… C’est une rêverie ambulante…. Merci à notre hôte pour sa gentillesse et sa délicatesse.Je recommande vivement…

Très beau lieu, agréable avec beaucoup de charme. Petit-déjeuner copieux, simple. Accueil généreux, convivial. L'hôte est très serviable. Il est venu nous chercher à la gare de Vernon alors qu'il n'y avait plus de taxis ni de navettes. Le surlendemain, c'est également une personne de confiance qui nous a accompagnées tôt le matin à la gare de Vernon. Séjour exceptionnel, merci.

Unikt boende i före detta målarateljé. Gott om plats, bekvämt och lämpligt för ett längre stopp, särskilt sommartid.

Spiraltrappan som leder till boendet var lite utmanande för mig som har lite problem med mina knän.

Perfekt für Besuch im Musée Claude Monet, toller Aufenthalt!

Stilvoll, atmosphärisch, liebevoll eingerichtet, außergewöhnliche Details wie eine individuelle besonders schöne Glasfront zum einem wundervollen Balkon und verwunschenem Garten. Sehr liebe Hündin, die wir sofort ins Herz geschlossen haben. Perfekt für das Museum Monet gelegen, da noch nicht im direkten Trubel, aber zu Fuß bequem erreichbar. Es lohnt sich, am späten Abend einen Sparziergang zum Museum zu unternehmen, da es schön und verwunschen ist und man den Ort nicht mit so vielen Menschen wie tagsüber teilen muss. François bringt ein feines Petit Déjeuner, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Alles sehr sauber, topp. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Il proprietario con la sua cagnolina maggie sono stati fin da subito super accoglienti, la camera è stupenda e molto spaziosa, soprattutto avendo viaggiato con il nostro cagnolone Achille, una della parti più belle è sicuramente il giardino dove il nostro Achille ha potuto giocare con maggie.

Das typisch französische Frühstück war wunderbar! Croissant, Baguette, Butter, Marmelade Kaffe oder tee, Orangensaft . Ein Tablett wurde zum Zimmer gebracht! Der Garten von Monet ist zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist ein ehemaliges Atelier mit ebensolchem Fenster. Der Blick in den Garten ist wunderbar. Man ist in einem eigenen Appartement mit Küchenzeile und Badezimmer. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich!

Das Bett wäre für Menschen, die größer als 180 sind klar zu kurz.

Maison du propriétaire agréable beau jardin beaucoup de charme mais un peu de confort serait bienvenu surtout pour l’ameublement et la literie . La salle de bain a été rénovée et bien équipée heureusement .

L’accueil mitigé du propriétaire et le confort qui manque surtout au niveau de la literie .

Il proprietario Francois è molto simpatico. Le informazioni su booking devono essere migliorate. La stanza non è piccola, è un atelier da artista con vista si un giardino (di Francois non di Monet) con tanto di vasca di piante acquatiche e grossi pesci colorati e affamati. Il silenzio è d'oro e qui abbiamo potuto dormire veramente bene, anche se non avevamo portato la mascherina per coprire gli occhi dalla luce che all'alba arriva dalla vetrata sul tetto. Simpatico anche il cane affettuoso.

La scala a chiocciola, ma Francois ci ha aiutato a portare il bagaglio.

Ruhige, idyllische und geräumige Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, da sie am anderen Ende von Giverny liegt und damit nicht in den Touristenmassen. In einigen Minuten Fussmarsch kann man dennoch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Man hat als Päärchen viel Platz und die Atmosphäre ist einmalig, es ist ein ehemaliges Künstleratelier. Man genießt eine tolle Aussicht auf einen riesigen Garten mit Fischteich. Man darf Beeren pflücken und die Koois freuen sich über Besuch. Der Garten ist sicher eingezäunt, ideal für Hundehalter. Der Besitzer hat selber einen sehr freundlichen Hund. Zum Frühstück gibt es frische Baguette und Croissants. Dazu liegt sie an einem Wanderweg. Man kann schnell in die Natur hinaus, um ausgedehnte Spaziergänge oder Wanderungen zu unternehmen. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich.

Durch das Glasdach des Künstlerateliers kann es im Sommer sehr heiss werden. Mit gutem Lüften ist es aber zu beheben.

Natura e arte per entrare nel mondo di Monet

La posizione in mezzo la natura che ti fa sentire parte del villaggio. La camera ha tutto ciò che serve con la cucina a vista, tavole e divano. La vista con il lucernario e la vetrata che sono tutt’uno, è poetica.

Io non ho avuto problemi ma per raggiungere la camera bisogna salire una scala a chiocciola, prevedete una valigia o borsa non di grandi dimensioni.

Pas vraiment de point négatif, c’était la deuxième fois que j’y allais et je conseille cet endroit à tout le monde Le logement est modeste mais personnellement je lui trouve beaucoup plus de charme qu’aux logements hyper modernes et plus « luxueux »
