What an incredible place, so full of charm. Eric and Pillar were so friendly and helpful, and the the property was absolutely beautiful. Our room couldn't have been more sweet, and the location was ideal. A dreamy stay.

This was a country residence of great charm and the owner was very hospitable and helpful. He arranged for a taxi as Sunday trains did not fit our return schedule.

The residence was clean but some of the facilities required attention (the central heating and the WC)

Located in Giverny and in a very old building. Yummy bread for breakfast.

Due to lack of French language, tricky to change dates . Breakfast situation not explained when we arrived. Mix up with washing our clothes. Washing machine is used only by hosts for you.

We were very happy with our stay.

It was a very well equipped small cottage. Great position being walking distance to the village of Giverny and Monet’s house and garden. The hosts were easy to communicate with and were able to accommodate an early check in after a long international flight. We were very grateful. Breakfast included a delivery of a warm baguette!

Lovely comfortable rustic French cottage- excellent location. Fresh bread or croissants delivered daily to your door for breakfast. Owner Eric very helpful and made some excellent restaurant recommendations

The location is amazing! Beautiful garden, totally rustic and charming. The host was great and really helpful.

It could do with an update including new linen. Also toilet seat was broken and attachment of shower to the wall needed fixing. There were also lots of cobwebs, don’t let this put you off if you are after charm, it was lovely

The place was so cute and right near the location of the Monet Foundation. Eric brought us baguette and brioche in the morning for breakfast.

We wished that we could have stayed longer! One night was not enough in such a sweet, idyllic location.

A stop in time.

The Theatre, which was our room, is a hidden gem. We would always come back on our stops to Giverny. We were very well received and fed. It is the perfect location with a great charm in our view. Eric is such a pleasant host, the children loved interacting with him as much as we did.

Breakfast was basic but good.

Lighting wasn’t good in the main cottage. Stairs in smaller cottage were tricky at night, particularly as the bathroom was downstairs. The cottages were quaint but very small.

very close to Monet Garden, rambling gardens surrounding a traditional stone cottage. we stayed in the family “theatre” cottage, it had 2 bedrooms with a 3rd bed in the lounge room. Kitchen partially equiped, enough to reheat instant food.

wifi didn’t work, staff seemed decisive when we told him. Wall holder for shower was broken. maybe a little too “rustic”.

We visited in the off season for Monet attractions but wouldn’t have traded this stay for anything else! The owner’s hospitality was so refreshing and the cottages/surrounding area felt straight out of a storybook. We loved it!

Be aware of difficulties in getting a taxi to and from the train station in Vernon if visiting in the off season… but the walk is beautiful :)

We had the mini townhouse. Like a magical trip back in time Fresh croisants and baguettes delivered in the morning to our kitchen was wonderfull.

Very authentic French. Lovely surroundings. My wife loved it. The breakfast was good - very good, delicious actually, bread delivered by the host. Great location. My review is influence by the fact that we stayed here in late September and it was cold, since the property wasn't heated. It would be nicer in summer, when you can use the property's lovely court and garden.

The wifi did not work on any of our 5 devices. The owner didn't do anything to resolve the issue and just said "welcome to France". It hadn't been a big deal had I not needed it for work, and my phone didn't fetch network. The place was too cold for the latter part of September.
