The host was away and her friend Mireille was extremely accommodating. As we were gluten free, she went to get gluten-free bread for us. The fruit (mellons) provided for breakfast were exceptionally delicious. Unfortunately there was a severe heat wave during our stay - 39C. There is no air-conditioning and the fan was insufficient for the small house with an upstairs loft. It was unbearably hot at night.

Breafast was wonderful! Our hostess, Veronique, was absolutley lovely and made our stay very special.
a bit more information about the local restaurants and their operating hours would have been helpful. We ate at the same restaurant three times for supper as everything else closed earlier than we expected.
