They have a small garden in the back with chairs and tables. It’s nice to unwind.

Bathrooms really need an update. They’re also tiny. The beds are very uncomfortable. The staff led us to believe we could just look at the menu and decide whether we wanted to have dinner there but when we did we were told we had to make a reservation to get dinner although they had only 4 tables occupied. The story doesn’t end there. They said they were taking drink orders outside but never came out for us. We were nice with them though. We even helped a Dutch couple check-in because they couldn’t speak the language. Just had a bad experience there.

It was all OK. A dating chain Hotel, but it did what it promised. There was even a Minitel connection!

Several little faults. Cupboard handle missing, furniture worn, and scratched . The bathtub was very scratched. All in all the hotel was a but past its sell by date.

The Manager was very pro active. Resolved a serious problem with the room very quickly. Breakfast was very special. Rooms were exceptionally clean.

The location is strange, in the middle of what appeared to be an industrial estate. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

All in all a very satisfactory experience

Used this hotel for a three day visit to the area and in particular day visits by car to Giverny and by train to Paris. It was an ideal location.the restaurant was very good and the large garden a welcome bonus. Plenty of free parking.

The staff is very friendly, particularly the young man who checked us in that evening. The restaurant was surprisingly good (in the U.S. I don't usually go to hotel restaurants). Breakfast offered a nice selection, attractively laid out. The backyard looked like a real backyard - very inviting. They had nice plantings, a tiny chalet as a tool shed, art pieces for garden art, comfortable garden chairs.

The staff are friendly and the room is clean even if a little bit too small.

Not all amenities are free, you will have to pay for some toiletteries. There is no elevator if you are carrying a big bag ask for a ground floor room.

A hotel without any staff= simply bad

arrived at 17.00 no staff available, self check in did not work, system did not accept my booking com code. had to find much more expensive hotel in Vernon.

The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast, especially the little pancakes. Good value for money.

There was only thing that needs improving. We stayed in room which overlooks the main entrance door. At some time there was a blind or curtains for the window but they were missing although the tracking was still in the ceiling. The exterior shutter fastening was broken. As it was a hot night we wanted to leave the window open but block the light from main entrance. However as there were no blinds or curtains we were not able to do.

Location. Room size

1990's hotel. No AC. Only one wall socket. Not environmentally friendly, wasteful flush, daily cleaning when not required. Tired fittings. No restaurant in evening although it was advertised on website. Only buffet for breakfast, nothing cooked except toast. Party took place on ground floor second night filling hotel with cigarette smoke, waking us and our three year old as window had to be open. In morning we had an early start so daughter cried from lack of sleep. Owner made it clear they were not happy with this, generally rude and unprofessional.

Absolutely horrendous, I have never been shouted at by anybody in a hotel before.

The most horrendous way I was treated by manageress who called me stupid because I didn’t understand that the way to exit the hotel was via the emergency fire exit door. Shutters were locked trapping us in the corridor with no explanation that we were expected to use a fire exit door.

Only the visit to the wonderful Monet house and garden in Givenry justified the stay at this hotel.

The hotel is in a run-down state, probably it has seen better days before. It is definitely not a 3-star hotel, even by French standards.

The room and the bathroom was too small and the quality of the hotel is below the 3-star expectations.
