Very comfortable in a superb traditional French house
Beautiful house and grounds. Lots of beautiful homely touches and well stocked kitchen items. Lovely bathroom and very friendly host (Eddie).
Was very difficult to find as house has no name and signage is confusing as it implies it is next door to where it is. No front door key given

Lovely cottage in a nice quiet area with a jovial host.
Very nice little cottage perfectly locate for our trip to see Monet's garden.
Being conservative British people we found the bubbliness of the host rather overwhelming ! We weren't sure how to react when Petra told us she was German then continued to dance while singing traditional British second world war army songs. I am sure this was meant to be jovial and fun, but it was like the Fawlty Towers scene in reverse. Also we weren't aware that the kitchen facilities were shared until we arrived.

    Exceptional
We loved the typical French country farm house and it’s garden for breakfast. It’s becoming more and more difficult to find this kind of setting. We love it. There were horses walking down the country road, we could hear a donkey braying and lots of birds flying around. Thank you Petra for been a wonderful host.

Great location to visit Vernon & Giverny
The location, the calm, the cleanliness of the studio, the decor, the view over the garden
The Wifi didn’t work, which wasn’t a big deal as we used our own mobile data but in general the coverage was very poor. We have also realised that it wasn’t very convenient to have a single bed in the bathroom/ WC area! But for one night it was alright. However we wouldn’t recommend for a longer stay.

    Couple from Finland
The old house and its little garden is charming. Room with bathroom is cozy, clean and homely. Beatifully served breakfast awaited us both mornings. Hostess Petra is very friendly and she gave us some uselfull tips and good advices. On a hot summer day, the thick stone walls of the 300-year-old beautiful house provides suitably cool conditions inside and only a fan is enough if necessary. We highly recommend this accomodation.
