Fantastic lakeside experience.

The room was fantastic - renovated 2 years ago and charming wooden feel with attention paid to every details, bathroom, lighting etc. THe location is great - just next to the lake and the breakfast was simply excellent. We stayed off season on a last minute booking and so got a very good price making it one of the best value-for-money experiences we have ever had. Thoroughly recommend it

Excellent Hotel, good people and great location.

The hotel is very well run.The rooms are superb and the views from the balcony are amazing. The breakfast is very good and can be taken inside or on the front terrace. We will return.

I do not believe that hotel residents should be charged a cover charge when dining in the evening.

Disappointing stay with poor value for money

Good location.

Disappointing stay with poor value for money Unfortunately, my stay at Hotel Cima d'Oro was quite disappointing, especially given the high cost. While the natural surroundings are lovely, the hotel itself did not live up to expectations. The room was outdated and not properly cleaned — there were visible stains on the walls, and overall it felt neglected. The food was also overpriced for the quality offered, and there was no flexibility or consideration when it came to guest experience. What was particularly frustrating is that although my travel companion was unable to join me, the hotel insisted on charging the full price without any understanding or goodwill. Combined with the rude and unwelcoming attitude of the staff, the entire experience felt cold and impersonal — completely lacking the human touch that makes a stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, I did not feel the hotel offered any real value, and I would not choose to return.

very good for 1-2 nights

The hotel is near the lake Ledro and it has own free parking place. The room is not so big, but very clean. The Internet connection was fine. There is an elevator. Breakfast was rather simple, but I appreciated the yogurt (two types), those typical "crostata", very tasty local plain water. The swiming pool is usable during summer. As well you can swim on lake Ledro.

Quite noisy because of the main road and many crazy motorbikers. No mosquito net (even in April there are many insects from lake). No shops (groceries) near the hotel.

The place to stay, this place is perfect

I had a great stay at this place. The food is just spetacular. If you are just staying for a night, have the vongole spaghetti. The location is another higlight. What a beautiful view! It's just in front of the lake and the archeological site. The staff was friendly and made everything easier for us. They have an elevator, which was really handy because we were travelling with a puppy. Yes! They allow pets and are super nice to them. And on top of that, the room was perfect.

The WiFi connection isn't stable but the speed is fine.

A pleasant hotel with good parking however the bedroom fell short of expectations.

Breakfast and Dinner

The room telephone did not work, the entry light switch for the bathroom did not work, the method to get the light to work was to operate a switch adjacent to the sink by lifting a protective cover - this was a dangerous method next to running water. The bath room door was difficult to open as it touched the floor. The items were reported during the stay but they were not addressed.

Beautifully renovated, to a very high standard. Our room was above average in size, most rooms have lake view. We loved our stay here, just across from the lake. Good breakfast, & very relaxed dining available from 12pm to 10pm. Family run with great care & attention.

Ci hanno rovinato il San Valentino ...

IL paesaggio circostante

... ho prenotato una camera per una notte, siamo arrivati intorno alle 16,00 e fatto il check-in, entrati in camera abbiamo subito notato che la temperatura era molto bassa soprattutto in bagno il radiatore era ghiacciato, fatto presente al titolare e venuto a constatare di persona, diceva che ci sarebbe voluto un pò di tempo per arrivare in temperatura. Nel frattempo siamo andati a fare un giro nelle vicinanze e tornati circa 2 ore dopo (pensando di trovare la camera riscaldata) ma per nostra sfortuna il freddo persisteva e non era proprio possibile viverci dentro. Siamo scesi nella reception e questa volta c'era una signora (che era al corrente del fatto) e alla nostra affermazione che c'era ancora freddo ci ha aggrediti verbalmente dicendoci che noi abbiamo prenotato una camera economy e non potevamo pretendere di più !!! ... Nel nostro pensiero uno che prenota una camera al 14 di febbraio in zona montagna è convinto di trovarla adeguatamente riscaldata, abbiamo chiesto un'altra camera ma ci ha risposto che avrebbe dovuto metterci con un'altra coppia !!! ( risposta da cafona) e continuando ci ha detto che se non ci va bene possiamo pure andar via, non abbiamo esitato un secondo e ci siamo ripresi i bagagli circa alle 19,00 senza un posto sicuro ! Mi auguro che Booking prenda in considerazione questa mia recensione e che si attivi a verificare con che tipo di soggetti hanno a che fare perchè a quanto sembra più di altri clienti hanno avuto parecchi problemi. Questa mia esperienza mi fa dubitare di continuare a servirmi del servizio di Booking.

Suite Deluxe eccezionale, rapporto qualità prezzo direi pressoché imbattibile. Vista sul lago, in questo periodo molto tranquillo e rilassante. Cena (esclusa) davvero ottima e con materie prime di ottima qualità e legate al territorio. Colazione a buffet molto ricca e di qualità! Pulizia e dettagli tutto molto curato. Consiglio vivamente per un momento in coppia rigenerante e molto tranquillo. Peccato per la nostra sfortuna nel meteo, ma ci sono un sacco di trekking e attività molto carine nelle vicinanze.

Super Hotel mit tollem Seeblick, hervorragendem Restaurant und sehr hundefreundlich!

Das Hotel ist herrlich gelegen. Sehr gute Ausgangslage für viele wunderbare Radtouren und auch anspruchsvolle Wanderungen. Unser Zimmer komplett neu renoviert und total hübsch eingerichtet, mit schönen Blick auf den See, ein geräumiges Bad mit Riesen Dusche, Balkon zum See, einfach perfekt. Ein Parkplatz gehört auch zum Hotel. Das Hotelpersonal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Im Hotel kann man hervorragend essen, dabei auf der Terrasse sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. ACHTUNG wahrscheinlich ist hier die beste Pizza am Ledro See! Das Frühstück top, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Pool absolut sauber und ausreichend, schöne Liegeplätze Hundestrand mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut erreichbar. Der Ort ist Erholung pur!!

Weekend bellissimo

Noi abbiamo scelto la suite, molto ampia ben arredata e bagno bellissimo. Personale accogliente e gentile.Ristorante prodotti di qualità, tutto molto buono complimenti al cuoco, colazione ottima non mancava nulla.Vista spettacolare sul lago.

Unica pecca sanitari troppo alti ,io non sono molto alta 1.58 non arrivavo giù con i piedi
