Worldclass view, authentic and hospitable atmosphere

Great staff with a very kind charismatic and characteristic owner. You instantly feel welcome. Delicicious food (breakfast, lunch, dinner). The view of the location feels like a dream.

Nothing that comes to mind. We had an unforgettable stay here and would recommend it to everyone we know.

Hotel maravilhoso

O hotel é um espetáculo, tudo é bom, quartos, restaurante, atendimento. O próprio dono, o simpaticissimo Aldo, faz o atendimento junto às também muito simpáticas e atenciosas cameriere. A comida é ótima. O restaurante oferece um menu a 20 euros por cabeça, com buffet de salada, primo, secondo piatti e dessert. Recomendo também os vinhos das casa, bons e vim ótimo preço. Íriamos ficar só uma noite e acabamos estendendo para duas. Maravilha! Cumprimentos ao Don Aldo e equipe.

INCOMMENSURABILE STRUTTURA

Eccezionale esperienza! Meravigliosa struttura sul lago di Ledro pochi passi dal paesino e dall’acqua appunto. Camere meravigliose, dotate di tutti i comfort, ristrutturate con gusto da poco, pur mantenendo il tipico stile di montagna. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una junior suite eccezionale, spaziosissima, con tanti scaffali e posti dove posizionare le proprie cose; doccia ampia, bidet, prodotti da bagno, asciugacapelli, cassaforte, luci in ogni dove, letto comodissimo provvisto di topper, altro bagno con doccia e lavandino, due televisioni e balcone enorme. Cena eccezionale in struttura, con piatti tipici e deliziosi e personale gentilissimo, e si vede che è felice di lavorare per quella struttura (da chi ci ha servito un aperitivo al bar, a chi ci ha servito a cena a chi ci ha servito per la colazione). Colazione ampia e ben fornita, anch’essa meravigliosa. Spa e area benessere eccezionale, anch’essa ben fornita e strutturata, affacciata al lago. Una meraviglia, con possibilità anche di prenotare massaggi sotto la cura di una massaggiatrice eccezionale. Ampio parcheggio adiacente alla struttura e possibilità di fare direttamente il bagno al lago. Complimenti ad Aldo il gestore e titolare che gestisce la struttura di famiglia (che di recente ha festeggiato 100 anni di attività a gestione familiare); un titolare come pochi. Disposto a farsi in quattro e non a comandare e soprassedere; ha provveduto a qualunque nostra esigenza con simpatia, cortesia, delicatezza, qualche battuta, sempre sorridente e cordiale. I nostri più sentiti complimenti. Eccezionale davvero.
