Comfortable stay close to beach

Very nice comfortable hotel. Large room . Location is close to the beach. Very nice cosy bar below.

It is rather expensive and there is no parking. The breakfast has a lot of choice and is good but the room/restaurant really not cosy, misses charm. Not at the level of such hotel

this hotel is very well located close to the large shopping main street and not far from the beach ( a few hundred meters). Despite the fact the hotel is large and overbooked the breakfacst was perfectly organised with a large staff cleaning the tables as soon as they have been making free . There was a very large choise of everything and it is one of the best breakfast we got in a 4 stars hotel we staid for a while .

a real day off from the hubbub of daily life

room assigned to us was great. this is a family suite and bug enough to allow us to have our privacy and comfort. the breakfast was great. we got variety of food and the quality was well done. the cigar lounge was the best. service is slow but really well managed. Chelsea worked alone to serve everyone in Caprice and she managed well and still managed to leave a smile on our face. and the other gentleman who helped me with my cigar was also best. he really know how to make you feel important.

there was a sign outside that spa and massage is available but when I asked about availability, it's the long weekend and nobody works at this time. so why advertise this outside.

excellet cocktails in the trendy stylish bar and great relaxing massage

lobby& bar are very trendy and nice style good cocktails very good massage that i could book last minute right next to the shopping street with nice brands very friendly staff all over

the bathroom could do with a litlte upgrade to have the same style as the rest of the hotel forgot to reserve the parking space but there was plenty availablity

The reception Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. And the Breakfast was very ample and delicious.

Lovely hotel and our second stay here. Smell of smoke let’s it down.

So close to the wonderful beach and promenade. Spotlessly clean and nice big rooms. Able to provide a room for family of 5 which is perfect for larger families like us.

The smell of cigarette smoke is everywhere in the hotel. This really does let it down. As a smoker myself I have never felt the need to smoke in hotels and definitely found the stale smell of smoke overwhelming when coming out of my room every day.
