Un bâtiment début XXe splendide, parfaitement renové et très bien entretenu Superbe suite, spacieuse, confortable, insonorisée, avec une magnifique vue et une immense salle de bains (baignoire balneo). Personnel très agréable. Chien admis, petite attention pour lui dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner varié et de qualité.

Au coeur de la Belle époque à DeHaan

La situation , le style belle époque et familial de l’hôtel , la chambre spacieuse avec 2 petits balcons, le service restauration.

Le manque de communication sur les services proposés ( espace wellness , code Wifi a dû être demandé, menu demi-pension non évoqué ) et manque d’attention du service de chambre sur les petites défaillances ( bouton poussoir du flacon de douche inoperationnel pendant les 2 jours, une ampoule grillée à la salle de bain pendant les 2 jours )

RIante kamer met veel zitruimte o.a. 2 3-zitsbanken, royale badkamer met ligbad en inloop douche en veel kastruimte.

De bedden waren redelijk, maar vrij smal. Het restaurant was vrij vaak dicht.

Nous n'y retournerons plus

Nous aimons l'hôtel pour son accueil, les chambres bien isolées et confortables.

Nous avons eu un problème avec le décompte final. Nous avions mentionné que nous venions avec deux petits chiens très propres et l'hôtel nous a répondu qu'ils étaient les bienvenus et que nous ne devrions pas payer de supplément. Cependant, le jour de notre départ, nous avons eu un décompte de 50% plus cher que le prix affiché chez BOOKING.com. D'abord nous avons du payer entre 20 et 30€ par petit chien (je ne me rappelle plus le montant exact, mais même après avoir montré la réponse de l'hôtel disant que c'était gratuit, nous avons dû payer..), 20€ par jour pour le parking de l'hôtel (compté x2 pour 1 nuitée alors que le parking à De Haan est gratuit partout !!). En plus, la poubelle de la salle de bains n'avait pas été vidée et contenait des... surprises désagréables. Finalement, nous avons payé 300€ pour une nuitée + petit déjeuner. Nous n'y retournerons plus.

Zeer rustig ruimte gezet goed bediend en vers.

Ontbijt wasbeer BBC ers en veel en het verblijf was zalig en lokactie . Ook geen vreemde , de mentaliteit van de Vlaming !

Was als je voor avond eten wou kiezen tablet van de eigenaar voor tweeën voorgeschoteld zag het niet goed op . Normaal een menu kaart was veel aangenamer geweest.
