Modern, nice place with free parking, kind people

We chose this place for our Bruges trip. We were able to check in late. The free parking was right in front of the house. We didn’t meet anyone in person, but we received quick responses to our questions via message, and with the key and instructions left for us late at night, we settled into the room easily. The room, bathroom, towels, and toilet were clean. The heating was good. We were welcomed with my name displayed on the TV and on the instruction envelope — a small but pleasant gesture. We left early, so we couldn’t try the breakfast; no comment on that.

One of the beds in the room was not very comfortable. The stairs were narrow and there was no elevator; we didn’t have much luggage, so it wasn’t a problem for us, but it might be for someone else. It’s a bit far from Bruges, about 25 km away, but it wasn’t a problem by car.

Very nice place to stay and very dog friendly

Very good location, the room is new and was squeaky clean. The access to the terrace was also good for the dog. It’s great that you can chill by the Rubens hotel pool with the dog as well.

Fabulous location and space. Loved the room.

The stairs are very steep and check in was complicated. No one on site. We didn’t have the breakfast as inconvenient to go to. Great pool.

Warm welcome with a lot of information about the region. very clean and cosy, we had the room Azzuro, we were very pleased with the interior. good bed, nice colour combination, good shower. breakfast is in another building, 800 m away. with fresh orange juice, delicious Nespresso, variated and healthy.

Nice location, comfy, friendly staff.

The room was very cozy and clean. We had two full-size beds for us and our kids. The airco (which we didn't use) and the ceiling fan should be very helpful on hotter days. Location is perfect, easy to drive to, free street parking, 10 minutes walk to the beach. We had a remote check-in with detailed instructions sent to us via email. The breakfast was perfect, nothing fancy, but everything we needed for us and our kids. It was served by an exceptionally friendly lady, very kind and quick to help.

The table in the room was a bit on a smallish side, and if I understood correctly, the coffee capsules in the room are included in the minibar bill. (haven't tried it though..)

Disappointing

The hotel staff is really nice and responsive! Close to restaraunrs/shop Delhaize (2min walk), beach (10 min walk)

Check in - the place where you have to register is 5 min by walk or 2 min by car from the hotel - it was not comfortable for me as I came with a 1-month baby so I have to take a pram with a baby in it, go checking in, after take a car and and go the hotel…. And there is no information about this in the description of the hotel… No elevator, narrow stairs They gave me a room with a strong smell of disinfectant and no possibility to open the window, I cannot stay there (barely can breath)… I asked to change it and fortunately they found another room… The hotel with an old renovation, quality/price is not adequate. Price for 1 tablet for a coffee machine - 5 euros, seriously? The first time I stay in the hotel where you have to pay for the coffee or tea in the room… Really disappointed about my staying there.

La chambre azure est super sympa. La proximité des commerces et transports est très pratique. Le personnel a été super accueillant! Mon copain a souhaité pratiquer son néerlandais et l’équipe a pris le temps de jouer le jeu.

On entend légèrement les personnes venant de la cage d’escalier. Mais ce n’est pas choquant comparé à d’autres hôtels.
