The room was clean and well-equipped with quality products like Rituals shower gel. Staff were friendly and always happy to help. The location is great, with a few free parking spots available on a first-come, first-served basis and plenty of free street parking nearby. The only minor downside was the lack of complimentary coffee or tea in the room, which we’ve usually had in other hotels across Europe and Asia. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service.

Stayed for 3 nights. Everything was perfect! Could not have been better. Breakfast was excellent. First class in every way. We'll stay again our next European vacation. My son and his wife who live in Amsterdam are already making plans for a weekend.

We enjoyed a long weekend with our two small children. The junior suite was very tastefully decorated, with a huge, comfortable king size bed. The staff we met across the weekend were all friendly, efficient and professional.
