Great location, friendly helpful staff, fantastic breakfast . Really good value for money.
Thought the water bottle should be refilled each day. Noise can echo up the stair case at times.

I was suprised that breakfast was included in the fee. The view of the sea was great and my wife was very pleased with that as it is always a bonus for her to wake in the morning with a view of the sea. Being able to park and not have to pay for parking was great. Access to the Tram was also great and allowed us to visit quite a number of Museums and sights in closeby towns towards De Panne
The lights on the peron remained on all night as well as the lights in the passage, both were very distracting. Due to the outside lights we could not leave the curtains and windows open which is our preference. I do think the fee was a bit on the high side especially noteing no coffee in the rooms which smaller venues do provide.
