We enjoyed the place and would use again. I would recommend not to take the ladder room

Lovely location near the beach and a short walk from the centre. The room was stylishly designed and appointed. Car park was free and immediately below.

We initially thought the ladder up to our daughters bed would be a fun element to the stay but it provided to cause us panic every time it was used as it was too high to be safe and no handrail meant it was just perilous to use.

Good

The hotel is close to the beach and various shops and Restaurants. The room was clean and well equippee.

The view of the room was on a public parking and on one of the main streets. Quite noisy, in the evening and early in the morning. There was nobody at the réception when we arrived. One has to call a number and gets the key via a locker system but no persenal or friendly welcome.

The location and staff were great. The appartement was nice, clean and spacious- ours had a view to the seaside/beach. Breakfast very good

The shower is badly done, so when you shower a lot of water leaks on the floor. We also had a bit of a shower smell once entered, but as soon as we ventilated for a bit and used shower- it was gone. It didn’t disturb our stay that we really enjoyed.

Great location…a stone’s throw from the beach promenade. Very spacious 2-bed apartment with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king-sized beds, two bathrooms. Copious breakfast and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub

Das Hotel befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt in dem sehr schönen Ort De Haan. Geschäfte und Lokalitäten sind ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und toll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Das einzige kleine Manko ist der fehlende Aufzug in den dritten Stock aber das war bekannt.

Enttäuschend

Die Unterkunft liegt in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Es gibt direkt eine Bäckerei unten im Gebäude.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern für 3 Nächte gebucht. Auf den Bildern sieht die Wohnung sehr neu, modern und gemütlich aus. Bei der Ankunft waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Die Wohnung war in einem alten Haus mit dünnen Wänden und Türen. Die Wohnung war nicht wirklich sauber. Die Küche war eine andere wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Diese war nicht gut ausgestattet. Ein Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden, es führte eine enge Treppe ins 2. Stockwerk. Für uns passte die Preis/Leistung absolut nicht! Für das Geld hätten wir definitiv etwas hochwertigeres buchen können!

We hadden geboekt met ontbijtbuffet. Dit was er niet. We kregen ontbijt geserveerd. Weinig keuze mogelijkheden.

Unterkunft mit guter Lage, leider mit ein Paar Mängeln

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage und gratis öffentlicher Parkplatz. Das Frühstück war gut und die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber.

Im Preis war keine Zimmerreinigung inklusive und es wurde kein Staubsauger o.ä. zur Verfügung gestellt. Nach 4 Tagen mit Kleinkind und täglichen Strandbesuch kann man sich den Rest denken. Man musste immer für z.B. zusätzliches Toilettenpapier oder neue Tücher zur Rezeption. Hinzu kommt, dass die Zimmer keine Klimaanlage und Fliegengitter hatten. Leider haben wir nicht gut geschlafen, da das Zimmer schnell aufheizte und die Kissen mangelhaft waren. Beim Duschen lief immer das ganze Wasser ins Bad (Undichtigkeit) und es fehlten Hacken an der Mauer im Badezimmer. Morgens am Frühstückstisch dauerte es oft lange bis man bedient wurde und wir mussten die Bedienung mehrmals zu unserem Tisch bitten.

Het ontbijt was dik in orde. A la carte gegeten op het terras. Heerlijke verse broodjes van de bakkerij. De locatie kon niet beter en we hadden geluk met een parkeerplaats. Het is ook geweldig dat je in de Haan gratis kunt parkeren.

Tijdens ons verblijf van 3 nachten kwam er geen schoonmaak op de kamer. Zou misschien toch handig zijn. Alleen om de toiletrollen aan te vullen en schone kopjes en / of glazen neer te zetten voor de koffiefaciliteiten op de kamer.
