Wonderful sea view rooms

1) Location, fantastic sea views from the room, just a few steps to the beach. 2) Delicious breakfast 3) Ample free parking nearby 4) The beach is not very commercial and hence not too crowded, my kids and family enjoyed 5) Few mins will take you to the De Haan beaches if you would like even more privacy

1) Views are great, but there is no balcony 2) One of the rooms was very small and the bathroom was very hot, Heating seemed to remain ON at all times, tried to turn OFF but didn't work

We had a really lovely time at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Especially as we only spoke English or German. The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. There was enough variety to choose from for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay

Very cool place, even though the windows in our room didn't face the sea (but we were warned about it). Location is perfect, you just go outside - and you are at the sea. Team is very friendly, breakfast is good. That is all what I needed for a quite modest price.

Een topweekend gehad in Wenduine.

Heel vriendelijke mensen. Een lieve familie met een hart voor hun hotel. Een goed bed, heel lekker ontbijtbuffet. Lekkere koffie en een prachtig uitzicht. Wat wil je nog meer? Misschien het zonnetje, maar die was er ook af en toe. Rustig en heel proper in Wenduine. Winkelstraat waar je alles kan vinden. Kortom wij gaan binnenkort al terug. Snel opnieuw geboekt voor een weekend. Toppie!!!!

Que du bonheur! Le personnel est aux petits soin pour que tt se passe hyper bien, il est chaleureux, souriant, disposnible. L'hôtel est trop bien situé, face à la mer, sur la digue, les chambres sont confortables, silencieuses et très propres. Le petit-déjeuner copieux et varié. Je recommande cet établissement et j'y retournerai au plus vite.

Urlaub mit erheblichen Startschwierigkeiten

Die Lage direkt an der Promenade, die Lobby, die Freundlichkeit des Personals, Sonderwünsche für das Frühstück wurden berücksichtigt, Verständnis und Entgegenkommen bei Kritik, die Auswahl beim Frühstück. Nach der ersten Nacht wurden aufgrund unserer Beschwerde alle Mängel behoben, die man auf die schnelle beheben konnte und man kam uns preislich entgegen, die erste Nacht war gratis. Man hat sich mehrfach entschuldigt für die Unannehmlichkeiten.

Das Zimmer hatte diverse Mängel, die Fotos entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit. Genereller Renovierungsstau, der Boden und das Bad wurden zwar renoviert, jedoch alles andere nicht und das sieht man sehr! Der Aufzug ist sehr klein, es passt noch nicht mal ein Rollstuhl rein. Das Haus ist generell sehr hellhörig! Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war sehr lieblos und wirr (völlig zugestellt und Möbel verbraucht). Der Balkon unseres Zimmers Landeinwärts ist nicht zu gebrauchen, daran wurde seit 60 Jahren nichts geändert und war ebenfalls mit zwei Stühlen vollgestellt, denn mehr Platz ist da nicht. Die Balkontür hat nicht mehr richtig geschlossen, man konnte sie von außen mit bloßen Händen aufhebeln. Die Zimmertür musste man von innen abschließen um die Privatsphäre sicherzustellen. Was auch sehr wichtig war, das Hinweisschild für die Reinigungskräfte zu verwenden, damit man nicht gestört wird. Es war schwierig das Hotel zu finden, da Google Maps das Ziel auf die Seite Landeinwärts lokalisiert und auch ein Anruf in der lobby unbeantwortet blieb. Einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden ist sehr schwierig. Beim online Check-in konnte man spezielle Wünsche äußern, das haben wir getan, allerdings hat sich bei Anreise herausgestellt, dass diese nicht gelesen wurden. Auch eine Anfrage drei Tage vor Anreise bzgl. Parkplatz wegen einer Beeinträchtigung wurde nie beantwortet.

Es ist ein relativ kleines Hotel mit engem Fahrstuhl bzw Treppenhaus, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten das Zimmer ganz oben, dessen Balkon fast größer als das Zimmer war. Das Zimmer war kaum größer als das Doppelbett. Bad hatte jedoch ausreichende Größe. Es gab einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Aussicht fantastisch! Lage zur nächsten Tram-Station der Küstentram sehr nah. Damit ist alles an der Küste sehr gut zu erreichen. Frühstück war fantastisch, das hat viel negatives wieder wettgemacht! Personal sehr freundlich. Als Radreisende bekamen wir in relativer Nähe eine sichere Einstellmöglichkeit in einer Garage extra für Räder!

Zimmer war sehr klein, es gab keine Möglichkeit für Heißwasser. Die Sitzkissen für draußen waren ausgeleiert und eingerissen. Die Trennung zum Nachbarn auf dem Balkon unzureichend, nur halb hoch. Man konnte uns direkt ins Zimmer schauen ! Etwas unangenehm.

Die Eigentümer und Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.Der Tag beginnt mit einer außerordentlich großen Auswahl beim Frühstück. Alles frisch und sehr sauber. Alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ontbijt prima. Vriendelijk personeel. Prima bedden, schone kamer. Fijn dat de tram achterlangs loopt.

Parkeren heel lastig, vijf straten verder. Bar om 9 uur gesloten. Krappe gangetjes buiten de kamer, waar ook nog een schoonmaakwagen in stond. Misschien beter op andere plek zetten.

Leuk, gezellig familiehotel!

Heel vriendelijk personeel! Heel hulpvaardige medewerkers. Het ontbijt was overheerlijk, op vraag spiegeleieren. De goed verlichte badkamer was heel praktisch en proper. We hadden een familiekamer die geen zeezicht had maar dat stoorde ons niet: minder lawaai dan de voorkant(er was een retroweekend op de dijk) en minder warm. Klein koelkastje op de kamer. Natuurlijke airco van de zee. Wij komen terug!

Misschien nog een warmwaterkoker op de kamers.

uitstekend verblijf, rustig, comfortabel, zeer tevreden,

Uitgebreid buffet, op vraag spiegelei met spekje. Comfortabele ruime frisse en propere kamer. IJskastje, wifi en televisie, aan de dijk, zeezicht, lift, alles er op en eraan. Een absolute aanrader, wel prijzig, maar ja hoogseizoen en aan de zee. Geen restaurant voor lunch of diner.
