The facilities and the pool were really clean and the staff was very nice and kind. The breakfast offered indonesian and western options which they were both delicious.
We had a massage of the first day and was very good. We also had the cooking class with Piani which was amazing. The food was pleanty and they offered us to take the leftover away and have it the day after at the restaurant.
We also rented the scooter from the hotel and utilise the laundry service; both were really efficient and cheap.
The bed and the pillows were not comfortable. The pillows were too high and there was no option to have a lower one, except the decorative cushions. The mattress was bouncy and it could be annoying when the person next to you is turning side.
The shower near the toilet is not great, because the water goes everywhere in the bathroom. The good thing is that there is a small shower over the bath tub that can be used instead.

- The perfect location to see Mt. Agung in early morning from the balcony.
- The breakfast choices, all were delicious.
- Included afternoon tea of Balinese snacks, which was really thoughtful.
- All staff were nice. Dea (the front office staff) was really helpful when we had issue the bathroom. She also gave suggestion of restaurants nearby to eat.
The access was a bit hard for older people with limited mobility, as they have lots of stairs.

Beds very comfortable, rooms charming with great views. Food can be good although we had a couple of dud dishes - probably because we were there during Nyepi festival so there were fewer staff on duty. I had a great massage and the staff were hugely attentive throughout. I’d go back there any time.
There are rather a lot of steps to navigate - from pool to reception, to rooms etc.. One of our party has painful knees and found that difficult, so this place would not be recommended for people with mobility issues. But that’s the only down side!

We come here every year when in Bali - so beautiful and peaceful - stunning Place. I credibly attentive staff, great food, elegant room, fantastic pool.
