Everything! Stuff we're so kind and supportive. The installations were nice as well. All services were offered by the hotel or next to the hotel.

The only thing to improve would be the bed which was too soft for my back, but I could sleep well, wasn't a problem.

Nice rooms with pleasant garden or pool views. Good location close to quality restaurants. Quiet. The attached cafe serving very good coffee has a great view of Mt Agung and is the breakfast area for guests. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Rooms with pool,views lack privacy as people in the pool area can see into the rooms.

Can see Mt Agung full view from the restaurant. Spacious & clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, convenient location, a beautiful villa, a mini Botanic garden, super value for money, good breakfast and highly recommended if you are in Sidemen..

It was very quiet which was really nice. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The bed was very comfy and spacious.

So many bugs in the room, I felt very overstimulated. I think being rainy season it brings the insects out more, but there were no nets or screen door so insects could easily come in. One night I had hundreds of flying termites come in underneath my door and I had the light on, so the staff managed to turn my light off and brush them out. Even afterwards I had quite a few of them dead in my room. It was supposed to be relaxing but I think for me I found the insects too much, 100% there needs to be a screen door so no insects can come in. Maybe it would be different at this time of year (I visited late November).
