Out of the main city but worth it. Loved the hotel and were happy to walk to the station of Hal

The room was clean, tidy and lovely. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were so lovely and very helpful. We walked to the station took about 40mins mainly because we were looking around.

bon séjour, service agréable et sympathique

La sympathie, la serviabilité et la convivialité du personnel. Nous sommes arrivés 30 min après la fermeture du restaurant, sans avoir mangé, Les cuisines étant fermées, on nous a proposé de mangé des moules frites dans la salle "bar", ce que nous avons accepté immédiatement. La proposition de manger était super bienvenue et très sympathique de leur part. De plus, les moules étaient super bonnes, servies avec des frites maison et une sauce moutarde maison super délicieuse; Petit déjeuner parfait, viennoiserie, pains différents, confitures maison et yaourts "ferme ou maison", charcuterie, fromage, jus de fruits et omelettes ou œufs mollets à la demande; etc..... parking aisé, très propre et surtout gratuit

le manque de savon pour la douche, car nous n'en n'avions pas prévu, vu que dans les hôtels, en général, ce service est fourni.

Colazione corretta, posizione eccezionale per chi ami il lambic, antica birra a fermentazione spontanea che si può fare solo in questa area.

Charmante knusse inrichting met veel toeristische info en zeer vriendelijk personeel - kamers eenvoudig maar net - uitgebreid ontbijt, uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding - goede parking en mooie startplaats voor wandelingen of fietstochten

Door wegenwerken in de omgeving had je zeker 's avonds je gps wel nodig !

Was als verwacht, typisch en ouderwets vertrouwd.

Locatie was typisch maar door diverse wegenwerken (tijdelijk!) wat lastiger te bereiken. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en alle wensen waren mogelijk.

In de badkamer was het lotionflesje leeg? Verder geen opmerkingen. Alles oké, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Zeer goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Uitstekend hotel en we hebben heerlijk genoten!

De kamer was heerlijk rustig en erg ruim. Ook wachtte ons een heel lekker ontbijt met verse broodjes en een ruime keus voor een royaal en gezond begin van de dag. In de mooie landelijke omgeving kun heerlijk wandelen en fietsen.

Voor het doel dat ik er was zou ik zo weer boeken.

Fijn dat je al vroeg terecht kunt voor het ontbijt. Dat was ook prima geregeld en er was voldoende keus. De kamer was netjes en schoon. Als nog wat eten wilt is er een prima restaurant waar je terecht kunt.

Het was wat warm in de kamer dus als het echt heet wordt zou je daar wel behoefte hebben aan een airco of in ieder geval een ventilator.

Fietsvriendelijk en kindvriendelijk hotel

Kindvriendelijk en fietsvriendelijk hotel. Heel fijne ontvangst, fiets kan mooi gestald worden in afgesloten ruimte. Ruime kamer, veel licht, comfortabele bedden. Vlotte bediening in het restaurant. Mijn twee kinderen voelden zich onmiddellijk thuis.

Hele warme kamer, maar het was dan ook hittegolf (dus eender waar is het dan warm) 😅

Goed ,alles was er wat je nodig had! Fietsen stalling volledig afgesloten ,grote parking ! Vriendelijke gastvrouw ,die de beziens waardigheden in de omgeving goed uitlegde . Kortom het was prima !

Struttura da ristrutturare

La struttura è un albergo ristorante a conduzione familiare molto frequentato dai locali, abbiamo cenato bene con piatti tipici e buona selezione di birra. Anche la colazione con discreta scelta. Ampio parcheggio gratuito a 200 metri di distanza c irca dall'ingresso dell'albergo. Piccola area esterna posteriore alla struttura con il prato curato e accessibile ai cani.

La stanza si presenta vecchia e male arredata, con bagno piccolo e mal ridotto (asse del wc rotta, vasca/doccia con tenda, ...), con un ampio terrazzo lasciato, però, con la catramina come pavimento e senza tenda parasole. L'aria condizionata, presente, non si può lasciare accesa (se si pernotta in 3) perchè non direzionabile e sparata sul letto singolo. La direzione, al nostro arrivo, decide di darci una camera al secondo piano. Con noi viaggiano 2 cani golden retriever. Per accedere al piano ci sono due piani di scale a chiocciola in vetro con gradini aperti e un montacarichi per accedervi. Al risveglio, il montacarichi si blocca al piano con mio marito all'interno che trova non funzionante l'allarme di sicurezza e, poiché in disservizio (avvisati dal personale che è una situazione ricorrente), abbiamo dovuto far scendere (di nostra iniziativa, ma senza il supporto della direzione, che ci dice di attenderne l'arrivo) uno dei nostri due cani dalle scale esterne di emergenza (mal segnalate, individuate per caso e con un colpo di genio) perché non in grado di scendere in sicurezza le scale a chiocciola in vetro (con superficie scivolosa e causa di vertigini). Ancora dopo colazione l'assistenza non si era palesata, quindi anche i bagagli li abbiamo dovuti portare a mano per due piani senza l'aiuto del personale dell'albergo. La direzione, per scusarsi, ci offre una seconda notte gratuita nei nuovi appartamenti vicino all'ampio parcheggio riservato all'hotel, locali, ci viene detto, appena ristrutturati e a pian terreno, ma non pubblicizzati su booking...
