Nice wee hotel just outside the city LEZ, easy access to centre via uber. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The place is very quiet and location at industrial area. There is a bus just outside the home stay. Quite secluded area . Suit for people who got car and if need to take public transport then a bit difficult as there is only 1 bus that u can take just right outside the hotel.

it takes around 20mins to go to the city center, which is good. the hotel is amazing!!! the room is okay too (despite not having aircond) even though i saw they listing aircond as one of the facilities, but never mind they gave fan so all is good. the room is pretty big too.

If you arrive at Forest-Midi station, you’ll need to walk quite a distance to reach the hotel. The surrounding area is largely industrial and not very populated, so walking alone at night may not feel particularly comfortable. There are also no restaurants or supermarkets within easy walking distance. One advantage is that there is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. During the day and early evening, you can take a direct bus to Brussels-Midi, where you can connect to the metro and continue to central Brussels. You can tap your card directly on buses and trams, although this does not work for trains. The main issue is **getting back to the hotel at night**. The direct bus that stops in front of the hotel finishes around 8 PM. After that, there are alternative bus services, but they **do not stop directly at the hotel**. You have to get off at a different stop and walk the remaining distance to the hotel. These alternative services also stop relatively early, so depending on the time, you may have limited public-transport options. Since the area is industrial, quiet and poorly populated at night, the walk back may not feel safe or comfortable, especially when travelling alone. If you have your own vehicle or are happy to use Uber/Bolt, this is much less of an issue and the hotel's location becomes more manageable. As for the hotel itself, it feels secure, with automatic gates and controlled access. We stayed in a twin room, which was quite small for two people. The room felt a little cramped, with everything packed closely together. Apart from the room size and location, the hotel itself was good. It is a reasonable **budget option**, particularly if you have your own transport or don't expect to travel late at night. Another nice benefit is the option for **late checkout until 1 PM**. Overall, I’d recommend checking the evening public-transport options carefully before booking. If you don't need to travel late at night, or you're comfortable using Uber/Bolt after the buses stop, it can be a good budget-friendly choice.
