The hostel was good. Clean, warm, good+simple breakfast, fantastic location -next to the gondola-.

Practical stay for a quick ski weekend

The location is unbeatable. The room was large and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the mountains! The value for money is good considering the location.

The shower is poorly designed - it has very bad water pressure and leaks all over the place. Additionally, the lift in the building wasn't working and the room was on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was very basic.

Elevator not working!! ! Dusche It is impossible to take a shower without spilling 19 liters outside the shower stall; shower curtains are a thing of the 19th century.

Definitely not value for the price we paid for two rooms- disappointed

Very limited variety,no toast just bread pieces and some croissants-limited hot food options. The scenery and landscape views were the highlight and the gorgeous lake close by.

Hotel drains did not work and were overflowing in both rooms- we asked staff which there was only one of but no one came to fix it. There was no tea making facilities/ cups- the basics you would expect. The bathroom door lock was broken. No one on front desk, felt isolated as real lack of hospitality.

Really next to the slopes

Great price for value, amazing location. You stay literally next to the ski lift, coop, the bakery. The staff was very nice. You can get parking for 20 CHF a night, which is definitely cheaper than the official parking. The staff speaks English and Italian. The rooms are very basic. There was a fridge, but no shelves to put your clothes. The bathroom had no lock. But other than that, everything you need for a night or two.

Definitely an interesting concept with no staff but we didn’t have any issues. I will say that the staff at the restaurant in the hotel is wonderful and friendly but the food is terrible and extremely overpriced. I would not recommend the restaurant connected to the hotel.

I requested several times to reschedule my booking and I was in contact with the hotel and I know they approved. Booking.com have not yet send me the new documents for new date.

Old hotel in central location, ideal for hiking / skiing

Very good location next to the cable cars and the supermarket.

Next to main road, a bit noisy. Uncomfortable pillows and outdated furniture in need of refurbishment.

I'd recommend for short stays

It was ok for my need. I stayed only 1 night. The location was perfect in the center and close to all facilities. The room was small but functionable and clean. It was quiet, cause at the backyard part of hotel, not street side. I had just short tel. with the staff so can't say anything actually about them, so aboit the restaurant.I'd book again there when I'm alone for a short trip.

Actualy was ok for I didn't expext more, was even cleaner and quiter than expected.

Exceptional

The hotel is extremely conveniently located right by the ski lifts, ski equipment rental place, and the bus station from Chur. There is also a restaurant downstairs that's open until late.

We checked out in the morning, but left our shoes and bags in the Ski Raum downstairs. When we came back after a day of skiing, our access code didn't work anymore. Luckily the staff was very helpful, they opened the door for us.

Superb

Hotel is 80m from the main Flims Gondola. Just about no better location for a Hotel in Flims. Really easy Room Entry and parking entry by code without having to waste time checking in or out. This sort of Hotel IS the future. Probably the best Hotel experience I have had in 20 years. Enter your code at the door to your room and you are in - besser gehts nicht!!! I'll be back!

Easy check-in without personal contact, I actually got a room upgrade. Bed linen were very soft of very good quality.

Smell (ventilation) of the steak house located just underneath my room. It was impossible to air the room until 21:30.
