Excellent hotel in Westerland

Mimosa Hotel is a 10-minute walk from Westerland train station and even closer to the beach and the bus stop for travel to List and the north of the island. The staff were friendly, room clean and comfortable and breakfast had a few specific vegan items which was good for me. WiFi was strong enough to hold a 2-hour M/S Teams video call without interruption. Excellent hotel and staff and very good value for money, would definitely stay again.

The room was in a basement over looked by a court yard so unable to have the curtains drawn as people sit just outside. I would stay again but I would want a room on the 1st floor at least

Very nice stay at this hotel - spacious beautiful room, cleanness, balcony where you can chill and amazing location - we would definitely not mind to return here.

The only little issue was to find the hotel because it is called Mimosa, but that is just a detail.

Quiet room in a refurbished hotel

Comfortable, clean hotel in the heart of a seaside town. Quiet room with mini safe, bath robe, slippers and hair dryer. Breakfast available. Lift to all floors.

At the time of my visit the hotel was nearing the completion of a refurbishment. The lobby/reception area was unfinished with work going on but the rest of the hotel was finished

No ventilation, rooms were hot with no air circulation. No fan was available. Window curtain rods were missing

Breakfast was great for the type/size of hotel. We could enter the hotel very late in the night, nice plus!

We stayed in room 206, on a Saturday at around 7am, was a bit loud outside -- i.e. the window did not block the sound. Sounded to us like a truck was loading/unloading just outside of our window/room. A bit expensive for off-season.

Good location.

Lady receptionist at the front desk wasn't very welcoming nor friendly. My partner went inside to ask about the parking location when we arrived as the details weren't stated on booking.com. Receptionist gave a cold and smart-assy response. I requested for parking by calling the hotel after booking. A male receptionist that answered the phone mentioned that it was not a problem.

Hübsches kleines Hotel im Zentrum von Westerland in ruhiger Lage. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Freundliches und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Für einen schönen Inselaufenthalt perfekt. Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück ist im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen.

Nettes Hotel in der ruhigen Mitte Westerlands

Sehr schönes Hotel in der Innenstadt von Westerland. Wenige Parkplätze vor der Tür standen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Anreise und das Einchecken waren absolut unkompliziert. Wir hatten ein nettes Zimmer und das Frühstück war dem Preis angemessen, frisch und ausreichend.

Neben der Lage ist uns die super aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück im Gedächtnis geblieben.

Ein Mitarbeiter war sehr schroff zu uns und die teils in Mitleidenschaft geratene Zimmerausstattung hat uns gestört (Steckdose hing zur Hälfte aus der Wand, Türschloss defekt, Duschbrause passte nicht in die Halterung, Sicherung flog beim Benutzen der Kaffeemaschine raus, Delle in der Wand durch Klinke)

Im Zimmer Übergardiene schon bei Ankunft teilweise aus der Führungsschiene wurde während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht in Ordnung gebracht Duschschlauch undicht , Reinigung Bad sehr oberflächlich Großes TV, jedoch viele Sender wegen HD Umstellung nicht verfügbar

Ein schönes Hotel zum verweilen und die Insel zu erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Freundliche Rezeption, kein Problem bei Extra Wünschen.

Das Personal im Frühstücksraum (ausländische Frau, klein,lange Haare) kein guten Morgen, sehr laut mit Geschirr handtiert. Wir waren etwas spät da 10.30 Uhr, wir konnten nicht in Ruhe frühstücken, sie wuselte um uns herum, schob Stühle, obwohl sie richtig standen. Sehr unangenehme Frau. Einen Tag zuvor, am 25.12 genau das Gegenteil eine Dame herzlich, zuvorkommend, für jeden Gast ein liebes Wort, was für eine Dame, zum herzen und knuddeln. Als wir 11 Uhr aufsehen wollten, sorgte sie, wir können uns zeit lassen, sie hätte noch etwas im Hintergrund zu tun. Volle 10 Punkte für diese Dame.

Klasse Hotel :-)

Das Hotel liegt 200 m vom Strand entfernt und absolut im Centrum von Westerland, dennoch ruhig !!!! Einmal mal ums eck gehen und schon ist man auf einer der Haupteinkaufsstraßen. Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend und lecker. Das Personal war super höflich. Der Check in hat keine 2 Minuten gedauert. Sauna kann man 24 Std. nutzen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
