The best hotel ever, absolutely recommended for all Sylt travellers. Staff is very helpful and friendly, location is perfect (200m from the beach), rooms are clean, beds are great.

Awsome!!

The breakfast was exellent i gained 5 lbs in 4 day's due to the bacon with eggs. :p The Island is very beatifull and has much to offer, Downtown Westerland is nice to shop with alot of designer shops. The beaches are clean and the nature is stunning!!

The noise of other guests was frustrating, but not to blame on the hotel it self.

I loved the room and everything about the hotel in general. Minibar was included, breakfast was good. There were fruits in the room and bed was very comfy.

The staff wasn’t too nice to me at the arrival, seemed to prefer older guests and I am in my 20s. However, the other staff on the next day were exceptionally friendly. Quite expensive for one night though (134€ for one person).

Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist, wird Probleme mit den vielen Treppen haben, aber das ist leider nicht zu ändern, wegen der Bauweise.

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage; auch für einzeln Reisende empfehlenswert!

Ich war zum zweiten Mal (das erste Mal liegt einige Jahre zurück) in der Blaumuschel. Es scheint mir, dass das Hotel im Laufe der Jahre immer einzelne Bereiche renoviert und modernisiert. Diesmal wurde die kleine Bar anscheinend neu gemacht und war außer Betrieb. Wir haben uns im Hotel (macht einen freundlichen, persönlichen Eindruck) sehr wohl gefühlt. Insbesondere die zentrale Lage ist unschlagbar gut. Die kostenlose Befüllung der Minibar mit Bier und Softwaregetränken ist gut gemeint, wurde von uns aber nicht genutzt. Lieber hätten wir dort ein oder zwei Piccolo Sekt (gerne auch gegen Bezahlung) gehabt und eine Flasche Wasser mehr. Aber das ist natürlich Geschmacksache. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Am ersten Morgen gab es keinen Filterkaffee; (dafür einzelne Tassen aus der Kaffeemaschine). An den folgenden Tagen war das kein Problem. Früher gab es zumindest am Sonntag nach dem Frühstück ein Gläschen Sekt. Das ging diesmal auf Nachfrage auch gegen Bezahlung nicht. Gerne hätte ich auch mal einen Plan von den einzelnen Gebäuden gehabt. Ich habe dort Probleme, mich zu orientieren: welcher Eingang von welcher Straße erreichbar ist, wo das Schwimmbad ist ..... Insgesamt gefällt mir das Hotel sehr gut, ich kann es weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder! :-)

Für meinen nächsten Aufenthalt werde ich wieder in dieses Hotel wählen.

Sehr netter Empfang, meine Koffer wurden auf´s Zimmer gebracht, tolles Frühstück, gut gelauntes Personal, Hunde sind dort wirklich willkommen. Wenn man ohne Auto anreist, ist die Lage perfekt.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, alles sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist top, alles fußläufig zu erreichen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wellnessbereich ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen, alles top.

Das Hotel befindet sich nahe zum Strand und zur Haupteinkaufsstraße. Das Frühstück in Buffetform war gut. Das Einzelzimmer war verhältnismäßig groß.

Hier stimmt Preis und Leistung überein! Es ist nicht das "RITZ" aber man bekommt für relativ wenig Geld relativ viel. Zumindest wenn man das Leistungsangebot anderer Häuser in Westerland dem gegenüber stellt! Minibar-Nutzung ist gratis, relativ großer Pool, Sauna, ein kleines Dampfbad und dann noch Frühstück inklusive - was will man mehr erwarten?!
